It's not that far from Susukino.
I think the building was built not too long ago.
The room is small, but it has everything you need.
There's a washing machine and cooking utensils.
Since the accommodation is a house, it gets cold as soon as you turn off the heater, so it was very, very dry because the heating was on all the time.
The trash can and recycling bin were not emptied..
Even the scissors were covered in seasoning.
The location is good, it takes about 5 minutes to get there by subway.
It only takes about 12 minutes to walk to Nakajima Park, which is highly recommended.
There is a vacuum cleaner, which is great!
You can cook and have complete facilities. It's the garbage disposal that makes me anxious
The bed is fine for two people, but sleeping on the sofa bed is a little uncomfortable.

It's not that dirty.
But it's not far from Susukino.
There's Seiko Mart Lawson right in front of you.
And in Japan, the room is really open and open.
Great satisfaction
The place is very clean and tidy, the facilities are very new, there is a washing machine, but there is no shirt rack provided, only a few hangers, is a bit inconvenient, the location is super positive, you can walk to the Jinsen Red Brick Warehouse and famous attractions Yaoyao, etc., there is a convenience store in 2 minutes on foot, There are many cafes and beautiful buildings nearby, it is super recommended to stay.

A bit far from the city center, hotel parking space, however there are lots of parking nearby and cheap, if driving is convenient.
At a residence, two days ago or so will receive emails about passwords and other info
Too many beds so get no room to walk, suitable for crowded and low budget friends
Very Good

GGuest UserEvery project is perfect, and the living environment is relatively quiet. But it is difficult to find food, and it takes half an hour to drive there and back. It's not suitable for people with luggage. The transportation is inconvenient unless you call a taxi.
GGuest UserAmazing house with a huge amount of space, impeccably clean. The house felt brand new, and it doesn't get more private. I felt like I was in my own universe. My only complaint is that the host company BreakOut threatens to charge you 5,000 yen for every 30 minutes of late checkout after 10:00AM. This is extremely hostile against your guests. Here is the exact wording from the welcome email:
”Leaving the room after check-out time will be considered a late check-out without permission. A fee of 5,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes.”
We were also threatened about being liable of the pipes freeze. While this is a vacation rental in the winter, and we understand their concern about liability, you can advise about this without overtly threatening financial penalties. This speaks to the mean spirited nature of BreakOut (the property management company / private equity firm) and for this reason we will never rent from them again. This is a company that viciously attacks anyone for the sake of profit, and they should probably be on Wall Street rather than running a hospitality company. The smart companies get someone nice as the front facing staff. At Tomato Cube there is absolutely no one, nor was there any email address provided for contact. It is just a ghost ship out there. Even the coffee shop and thai restaurant nearby were totally abandoned.
HHui Xuan WongAbsolutely enjoyed my stay here with the beautiful and friendly couple Marilyn and Kanji😊Can tell that both of them are a 100% hands-on duo - most of the facilities, signs, food, decorative items (including the swinging bench in the room) are handmade with love - so you know how much pride they take in ensuring that their guests have a lovely stay.
I booked for two nights and there was only one other Singaporean family staying on the second night but they were considerate and Marilyn and Kanji do try to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests so I enjoyed a quiet stay.
Marilyn and Kenji also made really awesome dining recommendations - do try the soup curry! I had intended to trek Mount Furano but took Kanji’s timely advice that early June is not the best time to visit as the bears are awakening from their hibernation and the snow has not completely melted. Instead, I visited Lake Shikaribetsu on my way to Kushiro which was a lovely discovery thanks to Kanji!
Definitely recommend staying here if you have a car! (But even if you don’t, Marilyn and Kanji will be kind enough to pick you up from the station 😊)
It was lovely meeting the family of four, including Mountain and Yuki Chan🐈⬛🐈
GGuest UserThis is a little gem in Biei. It gave me cute little cozy wooden hut in the snow kind of vibe. Iooking out from the dining area and our room, the view was fantastic and breathtaking. Few things to highlight
1. Affordable cost.
2. Quite and peaceful space where you can sink in and enjoy at your own pace
3. Beautiful snowy farm view
4. Clean and spacious room
5. Polite and thoughtful staffs who can communicate in Mandarin is a plus point
6. Complimentary breakfast made by the chef was yummy. Thanks to the chef who also specially prepared a vegan set meal for my mother
7. Coffee beans, coffee grinder and tools for drip coffee making is prepared in the room for guests
8. Spacious parking space
However, for old people who are weak and unfit to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs might suffer a little as the hotel doesn't have a lift access to the bedrooms on the second floor..
The hotel bed is not as comfortable as other hotels in Japan.
Overall, I love my stay in this hotel and would be glad to revisit this place.
KKobe FukaeThe hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.
NNannI recently stayed at this hostel and the hostel is clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-maintained, and the beds are cozy. However, the toilet bidet wasn’t working, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the shower room is located on the first floor, the same floor as the bar. This setup was not ideal as it required going downstairs to shower. One of the biggest issues was the noise from the bar on the first floor. The bar stays open until midnight, and the loud music and chatter made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
GGuest UserThe owner was very friendly. He bought us welcome gifts. He even informed us about the weather around the area. The scenery was fantastic as well, as you are greeted by lake toya the minute you step out of the house.
Overall it was a great experience and the owner was very hospitable and friendly, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone interested in visiting lake toya or Niseko.
6666manfenThe room is generally large enough to live without an elevator, it will help with luggage! The house is relatively new. The professional hot springs nearby are very good. It takes ten minutes to walk. Breakfast and dinner are good. The room rate is small in the summer vacation. It is also suitable for people who go to the nearby Dengli Lushan. It seems that there is a camping nearby and it takes 30 minutes to walk to the pier. Only father and son are doing things, so the time to pick up and drop off the pier and the airport is fixed and will not follow our arrival time. The Lijuan Fuji Sightseeing Hotel where we stayed at the pier on the first night was their help to transport the luggage to the second night's accommodation. Can not communicate in Chinese only a few simple English sentences, in the forest location! Finally, it was said that the summer island Shanghai gall rice was delicious and the sea urchin was enough, but the 10,000 yen a bowl of experience said that it was expensive to sell tourists. Later, I went to Liwen Island to eat more affordable. The price is located in the upper floor of a living supermarket near Xiangshen Wharf. The fishing company is directly operating
GGuest UserAdvantages: The natural environment is good, the surrounding green waters and green mountains, the air is fresh, and the stars can be seen at night.
Disadvantages: far from the city, there is a large hotel around the hotel that can provide catering services. There is no hair dryer in the room, no pot for boiling water (the hair dryer is shared at the front desk, and there is a water dispenser for boiling water in the corridor). There is no table in the room, it is not convenient to put things. The room type provided is different from the description of Trip.com (no sofa).
