Very close to Wenbifeng, just next to the scenic spot, it is very convenient to live freely and there is no need to buy tickets and battery cars. Wenbifeng's Taoist culture is very good, it is worth going again. There are many cars in Haikou Bus Station to Wenbifeng. There will be many private cars on the road. It is recommended to take a bus of about 20 yuan at the intersection of Ding'an Longhu and then take a tricycle directly to the entrance of the scenic spot. There is also the soundproofing of the room is not good, the cough next door can be heard, and there may be small bugs and small insects. The little girl who travels alone is afraid of these to be cautious.

My Wife and I booked the Wutong Aromatic Hotel for a 4 -night stay during Chinese golden week in October 2024. What we love: 1 .The location is almost right on the beach, and there are many restaurants, food stores and supermarkets with-in walking distance. 2.The rooms and lobby area are super clean and tidy, Free airport-transfer is available. Our flight arrived after 10 pm ,and although we waited an hour for our luggage, the driver waited patiently for us and kept in contact by texting us. The service is absolutely AMAZING.I have to mention the manager, Mr. Ivan who always went the extra mile and always catered to our needs and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. When I sat in the lobby working on my laptop, Ivan kept supplying me with juice and water, free of charge. The bathtub!! I LOVED the bathtub on the balcony, with the AMAZING view over the beach and ocean. The view was STUNNING! We could wake up every morning and see the ocean. What could be improved: No. 1 - The breakfast. The breakfast consists of sausage, egg, a slice of bread (not toasted) and some salad ( cabbage?) And then either juice or milk. I would actually love some bacon, or a choice of either bacon or sausage. Instead of the salad, rather add a hash brown :) You could opt for coffee, but apparently it is charged extra ( However when I did not eat breakfast but ordered coffee only, they never charged me ) No. 2; The fitness room was unavailable at the time. So, Mr. Ivan, please fix the fitness room:) No. 3 Although tea is available in the room, there is no coffee. I strongly recommend the hotel supplies some Nescafe coffee sachets in the rooms as well.

We were there now the 3rd time. It is a nice hotel with very nice lovely rooms. Always choose the one with the sea view. Unfortunalty the beach in front of the hotel is under construction. You can walk down the beach to a nicer area. But all the bars around are not open or also under construction. Maybe in 6 months when they are finished it will be nice again.

The room I booked was supposed to be on floors 2-5. When I arrived I was taken into another building to the twelfth floor and from there we walked up a narrow spiral staircase to the room. I didn't want to accept it and there was also another shock: they charge 30-50 yuans per day to use the kitchen ( which is actually included in the listing) I contacted trip.com support, but they were of not much help, the hotel told them this is the only available room they have. When I insisted they again made me wait. Trip.com comes back to you in half an hour or an hour if there is an issue. They didn't call the hotel for about 20 minutes - we were next to each other with the person in charge waiting for that call. So while waiting for the second time the boss offered me a room on the fourth floor but I had to pay 40 yuan extra per day. I was furious but had to accept it and pay as trip.com didn't bother to talk to the hotel. I also translated the writing in the kitchen area with google translate: it turned out it is only 30 yuans per day if you cook. You can use the fridge and plates for free. I don't think this is a good business attitude to charge extra for the room you already paid for - as they say ”upgrading”. I had a heavy suitcase, so surely I didn't want to climb up stairs to a 13th floor instead of floors 2-5 where there is an elevator. The rooms are quite small, so they are good for short stays. Apart from these they were nice to me and it is very close to the sea and the evening programs in the street. I danced, did exercises with people in the evening - even listened to a concert - all for free. In the mornings there are activities in the street as well but I also wanted to swim and sunbathe :)

First time in this side of Sanya, clearly no foreigners have been there yet. They are all very shy and surprised to see me, but kind. Better speak Chinese in general, no English speakers in this village. The room itself is pretty good, the view is incredible, the bath is gigantic, the AC is working nicely, all the appliances are there! The lobby is a bit messy compare to the pictures but that’s fine. The pool is very shallow and need an update. Nice bar next door offer beers to clients of the hotel! In general: pretty good! Stayed 2 nights.

Stayed one week in two rooms, 3 nights balcony, 4 nights with better seaview. Location is great. Rooms are clean. The previous guests smoked, I opened windows and door for a few hours, ocean breeze got rid of smoking. One bathroom sewer smells little, just turn on ventilation fun, stay on if you are in room. Bus 8 from airport stops at ‘新风街口’, 50m from property, ￥5. Crossing street is Sanya bay, residents’ beach, accessible 24/7. Pedestrian street and underground mall are within fifteen minutes walking distance. With so many restaurants nearby, the rule is always ‘go with the crowds’. Buses to ‘大东海‘ – public beach, 30 minutes away, better sand, blue water, kind of tourism, many Russian friends. ‘亚龙湾‘ is another 30 minutes farther, the most beautiful public beach, but also most commercialized. The owners in their late 60s, will fulfill all reasonable requests day or night, eager to learn English at this age, respectful, trustworthy. If you seek luxury, this place is not for you. If you want to live like local, book it when it’s available.

This is so worth it! We arrived at 11 o'clock in the morning, because the room had not been cleaned yet, so we left our luggage and went out to eat. About one o'clock, the store informed us that we could check in. When we returned to the front desk, we were told that we had upgraded! Super beautiful B&B! Thanks to the store for upgrading to a king bed room with a 270-degree sea view. It’s so beautiful! The service is extremely attentive! The young lady also helped carry the luggage to the room. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeper personally came to pick us up. The service was very intimate and water and toiletries were prepared. The view from the residence is really beautiful. You can surf downstairs. There is also a shooting place for the TV drama Xiahua. There are also amusement facilities downstairs. Unfortunately, these two days are cloudy, but fortunately, this trip time is short. I will choose here next time.

Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel. When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around. As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs). The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes. There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk. Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night. I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨
