I stayed in a two-bedroom unit, Room No. 201. The room is very spacious, with plenty of space and many cabinets for storing clothes. We ordered a lot of clothes from Taobao, and the hotel helped us receive all the parcels before we arrived. The location is excellent—just walk downstairs and you’ll find many shops, places to eat, and things to buy. The only drawback is that it can be a bit noisy around 9 pm when we return to the hotel to rest. However, we were usually so tired that we could fall asleep within five minutes. The street is very clean, as cleaners use high-pressure water every morning to wash the entire street.

The large balcony was such a pleasant surprise! You can see the ocean from every bedroom just by drawing the curtains, and waking up to the sound of the waves in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. The complex has a shuttle service that's available on-demand, and the pool water is crystal clear. It was so relaxing to swim after surfing. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and food delivery is very convenient.

What a pleasant surprise! This B&B was an amazing experience. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area entrance. There are plenty of snack shops and convenience stores nearby, making getting around super easy. The room was decorated warmly and tastefully, with thoughtful soft furnishings and attention to detail – you can tell the owner put a lot of effort into it. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The owner was incredibly welcoming, sending detailed check-in instructions in advance and thoughtfully recommending local, less-known attractions and delicious food spots. My overall experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

1. It was surprisingly good, even better than the pictures online! There are so many guesthouses in Tianya Town that it's overwhelming to choose, but this one, ranked on Trip.com, definitely didn't disappoint. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was greeted by a beautiful view. 2. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room with a balcony. Don't let a few hundred bucks deter you; it's totally worth it and you won't regret it. It's especially beautiful on a clear day. 3. Overall, the service was good. A suggestion: perhaps further enhance the friendliness of all staff members (I personally felt some could be a bit more approachable)! 4. The common areas and rooms were very clean; there were always cleaning staff working. 5. The complimentary photo shoot provided by the hotel was also great. The hotel interior is very photogenic, especially the pool area. I visited during New Year's Eve, and the atmosphere in the town was absolutely fantastic! There was even a fireworks show by the sea.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and the hotel environment was lovely! Watching movies on the projector at night was so relaxing, and waking up to large windows overlooking coconut groves and green lawns was fantastic. Even though we didn't book a sea-view room, we could still catch glimpses of the ocean, haha. The hotel is located in the Tianya Haijiao scenic town, so private cars can't drive directly in. You can take a sightseeing shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel for 5 yuan per person, which drops you and your luggage right at the entrance. It was a great way to experience the town's charm along the way. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The hotel is beautiful! The mini-bar complimentary drinks are great, they're refilled after you finish them. The hygiene is good, and the environment is lovely. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely come again! The beach is right below the hotel, which is super convenient! Plus, there's a 20% discount coupon for Smei Coffee and even travel photography services!

I spotted this hotel on Ctrip's rankings, drawn in by its incredible value for money. I booked it without a second thought, and my stay truly exceeded expectations. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful; it's a tranquil villa complex featuring a central swimming pool surrounded by lush, dense coconut groves. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! It's really good. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the service is in place. The room is clean, well-arranged, and well-equipped. The key is that it is good quality and cheap. The open community canteen downstairs is very good and economical. Thumbs up.

Environment: What you see is what you get – you can see the beach and the sea right from your bed. It’s beautiful. I’ve also looked around nearby, and this is the only place I saw with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a sea view, which is stunning! Service: The service is absolutely exceptional. Almost any request you make to the front desk is taken care of. They even gave us complimentary welcome desserts (P2). Facilities: We all loved the bathtub – it was perfect for photos! My only wish is that the tub in our room had been in the center instead of to the side. I brought my girlfriends here to take some gorgeous swimsuit photos, and they turned out amazing!

The B&B's location is fantastic, super close to the beach, perfect for soaking in the romantic vibes of the ocean. It's an ideal spot for travel photos! Walking along the sand, listening to the wind and waves, my heart immediately felt at peace – it was incredibly enjoyable! The B&B's facilities are also great; the room was very clean, simple, cozy, and comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied. Adi at the front desk had excellent service.
