Hotel was very nice, clean and well taken care of. Hotle staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Bar staff was very nice, attentive, efficient and friendly. Proximity to convention center was great. Restaurant needs some help; breakfast hour was not that busy and the food was somewhat dry. Overall the stay was very good.

One of our BEST EVER hotel stays!!! Thanks to Brandon for making our stay extra good. The staff was absolutely fantastic!! Every aspect of our stay here was amazing!! We had our daughter's wedding at La Sure's and staying here made it so convenient! Breakfast was delicious!! This was the best hotel stay we have ever had, and we have stayed at many across the world. Thank you to the staff for making it a wonderful wedding weekend!!! Everything was perfect!!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the interior is modern, clean and tidy. Though the exterior is not welcoming, it's very dated and dirty, this is a decent hotel to stay at if you're looking for a clean hotel at a reasonable price. The complimentary breakfast was pleasantly much more than I expected. The rooms are clean and maintained but I think some mattress and pillow replacement is desperately needed. The mattresses in my room had a the ”dip” in the middle indicating they're past their ”best by” date, the pillows were lumpy and had I not had my own pillow (allergy reasons) I don't think I would have slept well.

There are several restaurants nearby, 10 minutes walk from Walmart supermarket, everything is very convenient, bus No.7 is right in front of you, hotel price is very cheap, counter staff, room cleaning staff, very kind, everything is fine

We stayed here for 7 nights. It was a perfectly fine place to stay, but came with some disappointments. I put a request for a handicap accessible (HA) room at the time that I made the reservation on their website, NOT a 3rd party website. They did not have an HA room available when I checked in and said that they ”missed it” on my reservation, but when they checked, they saw it. I was given a slight discount for the inconvenience. It made showering tricky for me. Also, they do not clean the rooms unless your stay is MORE than a week. IMO, that's part of what you pay for at a hotel, so I was disappointed to have been there for 7 nights with no service. They are happy to give you clean towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. as often as you wanted. Also, the beds are a little too high, but in all fairness, I will say that this seems to be a common problem of late at several hotels. It would have been helpful to have a foot stool, and I'm not a short person. Their free continental breakfast was pretty decent and plentiful. And, overall, the hotel was very clean. I would stay here again provided a HA room was available, though I would make a request for the room to be serviced at least twice if I was going to be there for a week.
