Excellent location for this very well maintained residence 2 steps from the beach and a few shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is sumptuous, very clean. The apartment is nice with a large balcony and a very nice view.

Very nice location. Suggestion: channel the flow of the heat pump on the balcony in order to satisfy the observations from the neighborhood as to the flow of these flows on the garden on the ground floor

The apartment is very recent and well equipped. It has air conditioning which was really nice. We made a lot of use of the swimming pool which is very well maintained. As it is a small residence, we were often alone at the pool and could really enjoy it.
