There was smelling in the room, I guess because the AC filter has not cleaned yet; it’s pop up on the AC display. There was no toothpaste and brush provided in the room, we have to bought at 7-11. There’s also a small fly during the breakfast at the floating market restaurant which was annoying us on the first day. Furthermore, the staff at the restaurant tried to clear all my table while I was founding some more food, even though I left the bag at the table. 😅

Second stay here. Large, clean modern rooms. Spectacular view from the pool terrace. Will stay again. Gym needs some repair work though.

The room is very big and quiet, with one big bed and one small bed, which is enough for a family of four. There is a big swimming pool in the yard, but leaves often fall in the yard. I wanted to sweep it with a broom, but I couldn't find it. There is a river on the other side of the yard where you can fish. I didn't take the boat in the hotel, but I played archery and billiards. You can ride a bicycle when you go out. There are bicycles everywhere, which is very reasonable. The dining place is next to the check-in, and it is a very pleasant environment. The food is too bad, especially the breakfast at your own expense. It is really hard to swallow. We drove here by ourselves and drove out to 7-11 to eat. I don't know what the five-star chef did. I have been to Thailand more than a dozen times and have never eaten such unpalatable food. I strongly request that the chef must be changed. I will stay here for a few more days in the future. Only here can I feel the relaxation of vacation. If the chef is not changed, I will not come again no matter how good the scenery is. The water quality of the hotel is very good. The filter cotton of the shower head is sometimes white, unlike Phuket. No matter how many stars it is, it is yellow. But it does not affect my visit to Phuket, because the food is rich and the scenery is good. The mountain scenery in Phang Nga is not inferior to the sea view in Phuket, especially the cliff cafe in Phang Nga, which is so beautiful. A great place to stay, especially if you would like to go far away from a busy city. Relaxing atmosphere with hot spring water and an ice pool. We enjoyed the stay, and it was a memorable time for us. I suggest that the resort needs a renovation, it's quiet old but will improve once renovated. But all are good, and staff are good and helpful as well. We will surely come back and introduce this to our friends. P&R Fam

I stayed at Eden with my family for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our experience at Eden! The staff including Noom, Pure, Frank, Bee, and Nan were extremely helpful and kind. They made our experience even better! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Best rooms we stayed on our entire trip! We loved the pool, it was super clean and overlooks the beach. The food and drinks were great. We enjoyed that there were two happy hours! Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel as it is on a more private beach but only a 10 minute drive from Khao Lak town.

I'm not happy with the receptionist named ”Jenny” at all. she gossiped right in front of me with the housekeeper whose on the call while I insisted that I booked for the king bed, but she kept saying the reservation showed that I have booked twin bed. so I showed her the evidence of booking kind bed then she be like ” but the agent sent that you have booked twin bed ” ( why on earth the receptionist wanted to win their guests...) that's why she needed the call to the housekeeper to check if any king bed available... she said ” guests needed king bed instead” and I guessed that the housekeeper was also not impressed and then Jenny said ” ya ” with the big hmph sound in the end.... I know thai and I know what you were saying 😊

The hotel is nice but I should have realised from the photos it would be over-run with screaming kids! The beachfront location is stunning and the beach is lovely and clean, walk down to the beachfront early if you'd like one of the hotel loungers brought onto the beach, it's very peaceful until the loud families and Russians turn up a bit later! The breakfast was basic, I would like to see more choices, a bigger selection of fresh fruit and better coffee machines (they were constantly breaking during our stay). The restaurant menu wasn't that great, and the staff in the restaurant were not very attentive. There are a selection of lovely local restaurants and cafes nearby that have much better food, I'd recommend trying some of them, all walking distance. the room was good, although nowhere near enough shower gel, shampoo etc for two of us to use, thankfully we brought our own. No sound proofing from other nearby rooms which was annoying when we had to sleep early and the neighbours were awake until 3am on their balcony. The lagoon style pool around the resort is a great idea but not great if you don't want screaming kids splashing around outside your room all the time, even late when the pool was supposed to be shut. All in all it was a nice stay for families but as a couple we would not book here again as we prefer more peace and quiet!

I really liked this hotel, you can really relax and get a good night's sleep in it, since there are no big roads and noisy scooters nearby. There were quite good breakfasts here, which is very convenient, since there is no need to look for places to eat near the hotel.

The room is very clean, the bathroom is spacious, 24-hour hot water is available for showering, and the air conditioner works well. There is a pedestrian street downstairs from the hotel. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and massages. It is very convenient. Very comfortable stay.

Give 10/10. - The parking lot in the school is very small, probably 10-12 cars. You have to go to the dirt lot outside. If it rains at night, it's a mess. At night, it's dark and there's not much light. After checking out, Pakki drove me to the car. But the guest must carry and lift the bag up and down by yourself Observed from other guests as well. 3/10 - The room is clean, the mattresses are 3.5 feet apart but do not use a large duvet at all, the bathroom is separated by a curtain and there is no door. The end of the air curtain can pass through the hole into the bathroom. It was too cold to take a shower, the water was not strong. 5/10 - Gym clean and airy 10/10 I would like to ask those involved to improve and develop it as well.

We booked this place the next day when we went to Similan, and the price was right. The room is relatively large, and you can see that the building and settings were well built in the past. It is next to the main street, so the transportation is very convenient. A friend's doll was left in the hotel, and the owner was very enthusiastic to help send it by local and international express delivery, thank you very much🙏

Kuapa Resort is a great option. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is cool and makes sleeping well even on hot nights. The hot water heater makes taking a shower a relaxing experience. The good Wi-Fi makes connecting to the internet easy and smooth. The location of the resort is convenient, just a short distance from the main road, making it easy to travel to the main attractions. The rooms are beautiful and stylish, with a touch of luxury and the decoration creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. And most importantly, the price is cheap.

Amazing place for families, but I guess it is also suitable for couples as the resort is well designed and has many different areas to relax. We found that everything was great and of good quality/ service during our trip. The staff is always helpful and kind. There are plenty to do for kids at the main pool, the aqua zone or the beach. Kids club was convenient too for occasional rains. The only comment we could have is that the check-in was too long. People usually come from far so it needs to be more effective.

Overall, this accommodation is not suitable for families. The bathroom is narrow, the toilet is not convenient to use. The hot and cold water system is very difficult to adjust. The facilities are not very complete. The hotel is a loft style. There are many dangerous points. If you have children, you have to be careful. My leg hit the edge of the bed and became bruised. There are amenities to use. The restaurant is a walk to the beach. The food is acceptable but not much. The front desk is narrow, crowded, and there is no waiting area. But with this price, it is worth it. There is drinking water on every floor. In the room, there is only green tea bags. The bed is very soft, very comfortable to sleep. The TV has YouTube to watch. I like it very much.

Good accommodation, beautiful view, quite steep climb, must have good engine and experience. The resort area is not paved, quite dusty, but the atmosphere is very good, million-dollar view, there is a viewpoint to see Samet Nang Chee and Phang Nga Bay. Quiet at night, there are 5 villas and the rest are tents. Food, tea, coffee, there are many to choose from, but the price is quite expensive. Breakfast is a choice, not a buffet. Choose between American Breakfast and rice porridge --- If you eat a lot, you won't be full. As for our house, we had to order additional food and pay for it ourselves. The staff took good care of us. If there was anything missing, they helped with everything, very impressive. The price of accommodation in a house is quite expensive, but compared to many places in the area, it will be cheaper. Or if anyone wants to be close to nature, sleep in a tent, there are many places, not expensive, and there are activities to go on a boat, see various islands, there is a car to pick up - drop off with snacks and if you want to go anywhere, you can inform the accommodation. There is a service, including a pick-up at the airport, it is considered complete. Recommended.

We were planning to drive to Phuket from Surat Thani and chose to stay here overnight and go to Phuket the next morning. Accommodation is great with elegant design and high quality amenities. No fridge in room but you can use the fridge in the common area. Had a great night's sleep. Couldn't have asked for more. There are some eateries just next to it too. 10/10

We had a romatique dinneron the beach - everything was messed up - the service was long, the food was not good. The hot dishes for breakfast were ridiculus - very small and looking unappetizing. As we understood the main chef is italian, but the only once when we had good meal, it was for lunch. The pasta was amazing and it was cooked by the Thai chef. We have booked a pool suite with ocean view. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The pool was big enough, nice, with jacuzzi. But there was no ocean view at all. The room was very far from the beach. When we asked why we didn't get the room we have paid for, the reply was ”we are fully booked”. No refund was done. The staff doesn't speak English. Not easy to ask or order anything.

The rooms are very nice and clean. However, the hotel is not actually on Phuket Island, but in an uninhabited place outside the island. There is no village or shop in front and behind. The Ctrip website has some misleading publicity. The driver who picked me up from the airport in advance did not come, because this place is not on the island, almost no one sent me, the airport delivery price is outrageous, and there are no entertainment projects and transportation facilities nearby. You can call a car at random, and the cheapest one is more than 400 yuan, and it only takes 7 or 8 minutes to get to the city. So everyone must open their eyes! ...

I have wanted to come to this hotel for a long time. The scenery is really charming😍My wife likes it so much💕I really wish I could stay here. The service here is also very good and I feel like home👍🏻 It’s just that the traffic here in Wonderland is relatively remote. You must have a car to follow the surroundings There are no stores. But the hotel will try its best to provide it to customers. Because it was the rainy season, it was a pity that the date I booked happened to be raining. It rained heavily and I didn't see the sunrise. But the beautiful scenery in the rain also has a general flavor.

Overall service was good - Hotel transfer service was reliable (including airport transport and to other attractions). Food was good except for the seafood barbecue buffet dinner (the seafood was not fresh and most dishes were not hot enough). Prices for local tours arranged through the resort were unreasonable higher than average, it’s like doubling/tripling the average price. Some of the restaurant staffs could not understand very simple English which makes ordering difficult. Waiting time for the food was unreasonably long (almost an hour). The staff at the Kids Club was super nice and patient, my son had a great time there making art work. If they could have some scheduled activities with more variety, it would be better. Wi-Fi in our villa was very unstable and the staff could not fix it. When we checked in, there were not enough towels in our villa and toiletries didn’t get refilled. On some days, the staff missed cleaning our villa.

If you are on a bike there will be no problems getting to the pier and beach, there are almost no people and very beautiful. Three shops 7/11, laundry, refuelling, local food market, Lotus- I will repeat, on the bike everything at 1-2 minutes, walking will be difficult. My family and I stayed at Santhiya for 3 nights! We were amazed with how big this resort was and the many different activities you can do here including paddling, free yoga, and Muay Thai! We loved both the beach and the pool at the top of the resort. The pier is a major plus at this resort as it was beautiful to lap out and watch the sunset! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The only downside of this resort is that the rooms were a bit musty and dark since we had garden view rooms. But they did help my parents to relocate room :) While there are multiple restaurants options the menus seem similar and a little overpriced for Thai dishes. There are some cheaper restaurants down the beach that we enjoyed! Overall, we would definitely go back but we would try to get a room that is higher up or facing water. Absolutely loved our stay here. Breakfast was tasty, beach was great, the room was clean, and the staff were very kind and friendly, even giving us free late check-out to help accommodate us while we did a half-day boat tour. Love Koh Yao Yai and really enjoyed the Royal Yao Yai!

Beautiful set hotel with nice facilities and romantic jungle bungalows. Rather isolated location. Public facilities were nice and clean and staff friendly discrete and helpful. Restaurant was beautifully located and served excellent food. Everywhere you go you'll discover new amazing spots and natural treasures or meet all kinds of wildlife. You can take tbousands of fotos. Stunning views. Bungalows are nice and romantic on first sight but not clean when you take a closer look. Dust, dirt, cobwebs and all kinds of insects around. But hey you're in the jungle. Only real bad thing was the musty smell of beds, aircon and pillows. Wasn t an invitation to sleep in such beds. One day no housekeeping at all. Hotel overcharges on transportation. Get it cheaper from outside the hotel area.

Cape Kudu was the perfect island getaway. With that being said, the location is very secluded and requires multiple methods of transport. Although necessary and obvious for an island stay to be secluded, there could be increased methods of getting to the island. Service was impeccable. We celebrated a birthday here and the staff left a small complimentary cake in our room on the day of! They really go above and behind to make your stay amazing. Breakfast is also great - an immense assortment. There’s a roti station, egg station and lots of local and Western dishes available. Overall, would definitely stay at the Cape locations around Thailand!

It is a five-star hotel with a good environment and service. It is built for couples and has good privacy. Of course, families can also stay here and watch the sea at any time. There are also paid activities.

Our bungalow was very cozy, secluded but still close to everything. A good starting point if you want to explore the island, the island itself is very simple and local but there are gems. The island is perfect for relaxation and tranquility, there is a very limited range of things to do. The service among the staff was okay, but on the other hand the service with transfers to the airport and out to the islands was incredibly good and punctual. The breakfast was excellent, it was appreciated that you could choose the preparation of your egg every morning. In our bungalow we had problems with cleaning because of some small animal that got in and pooped during the nights. Luckily we got cleaning every day. The beach by the hotel is not pleasant to swim from, a bit difficult to find lovely beaches on the island because it was a bit rubbish. The pool was great though! Affordable!

The package booked by Xiyou can be booked during the National Day without additional charge. The three-night stay includes pier pick-up and drop-off. The transportation is convenient. The airport to the pier takes half an hour by car, and the speedboat takes about half an hour. The hotel has a car to pick up and it takes more than ten minutes to arrive. There is a welcome gift at the lobby. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very new, with complete facilities. The room is spacious and bright, with a full sea view, and is cleaned twice a day. The surrounding ecological environment is good, and there are many ghost crabs on the beach in front of the hotel. It is very close to Hong Island in Krabi from the pier. The hotel has rich vegetation, beautiful environment, and a great swimming pool. The breakfast is complete, the Western restaurant and Japanese cuisine are delicious, and the cocktails can be delivered to the room and the waiter will mix them on the spot. In short, everything is great. I hope I can go again during the holiday next year.
