I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff spoke perfect English and were super helpful. I had to extend my stay for a few extra days and the manager was nice enough to accommodate me without having to switch rooms . The food at the restaurant was great - both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is only couple minutes walk from the beach. Great experience overall 👍

It was lovely, and the resort itself was very new and clean. Everything was perfect. The staff informed us about all the important points, and there was always someone available to talk to.

Renovated old hotel, cleanliness is average. The front desk service attitude is super good, smiling and polite.
Breakfast can be done without wasting calories, even the coffee is not up to standard. Anyway, eating out is also very cheap.
I was shocked by the wall-mounted hair dryer, it is difficult to use it to blow dry long hair

Simply fabulous setup. Amazing pool and beach seating areas, great service and the rooms have the best views. Breakfast is amazing, and pizzas were excellent. Only challenge was the bad service at beach and seafront (using a barcode) wasn’t working at all, and speaking to others hadn’t for ages

Ttraveller32We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy and convenient, which made things much smoother.
The room was clean, including the bed sheets and bathroom, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the shower pressure in our room was quite low, so it wasn’t as strong as we would have liked.
Aside from that, everything else was excellent. The swimming pool was a nice bonus and a great place to relax, along with the bar area. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options including cereals, hot meats, toast, and fruit.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily return.

FFANGExcellent! Great hotel in all aspects, true sea view room, superb view. The breakfast is rich and delicious, the waiters are very nice, and the price in winter is very good value. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. If I have time to live for a few more days, I will be fine.

GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay. Perfect location, directly on the promenade / Lungomare and close to Opatija's city center. Indoor pool with sea water works till 19-00. Rich breakfast from 07-00 till 10-00. Dinner is from 19-00 to 21-00, also rich and worth to be include during the stay. Spacious and well-organised room (except for the bathroom: very limited space), comfortable bed

GGuest UserVery big historical hotel in the center of the city. The buffets were very nice. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety and was delicious. The sauna/spa facilities were nice but had a strange smell, nontheless it was very nice to have during rainy hours! Overall a very nice hotel with a good value but a bit run down.
