We stayed at this hotel on our last night in the UAE, and its proximity to Dubai Airport made it a perfect choice for our morning flight. Coming from Abu Dhabi, it was easy to reach; the hotel is only about a 15-minute taxi ride from the Al Jafiliya Bus Station. The location is incredibly convenient, and the free shuttle bus to the airport was a big plus—no hassle with transportation at all. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our two large suitcases, and cleanliness was acceptable. However, don’t expect too much from the breakfast buffet—it’s fairly basic and could use some improvement. Overall, a practical and convenient option for a short stay or transit stop.

We booked four rooms, which was perfect for our large family! The rooms were incredibly spacious. It even came with a pool, so we could swim right in the yard. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the surroundings are lovely, just as pictured. They provided plenty of welcome fruits, desserts, and drinks! There are tons of clubs along the beach that stay open late, making it ideal for a vacation!

Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard. While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. Both breakfast and dinner were great, and the best part is the affordable price. There's also a bar and a small pool on the rooftop with a nice view.

My friend and I had some issues with our return flight, so we ended up being stranded in Dubai for a day. I honestly didn't have high hopes for a good experience, especially with the prices in a wealthy Middle Eastern country like Dubai, thinking that as long as the hygiene and environment were decent, it would be fine. But to my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations! There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, making shopping very convenient. The hotel's dining area is great, and the food isn't overpriced. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Definitely recommend it!

I was extremely disappointed with the check in reception when I arrived after a long flight trip. The service at the reception was just not helpful nor efficient. The selling point of this hotel is the proximity to Dubai mall , but the downside is very long walk to the nearest metro station. Overall the service was a disappointment.

Excellent! Facilities: I'm really grateful for the great overall experience at this hotel. The location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and efficient; both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Supper awesome place to stay. All th staff are friendly I recommend every one that are coming to dubai to stay in that hotel. Apartment or hotel is a great price

Hotel close to Al Rigga metro station, from the back door only 7minutes walk. A big supermarket next door, convenient if you need any supplies or food. Staff very friendly and polite. I requested a late checkout and was gladly accepted. Breakfast provided many varieties but meat options were limited. Only 2 stops from airport, great value for money. Room was classy, roomy and well maintained. Great value for money. One day we passed by the other Hyatt Place nearby, that area was dirtier.

The room was pretty decent for being in the city. We booked the half-board option, choosing breakfast and dinner. However, there was a discrepancy regarding dinner; the front desk and the restaurant staff told us different things. We were initially told both the second and third-floor restaurants were options. When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine. We went back to the third-floor restaurant, and again, they refused. Isn't this something that should be synchronized internally within the hotel?
