The "Lachin" hotel was built in May, 2009. An original construction decorates one of the main highways of Ashgabat - Neutrality Avenue. A beautiful building intended for 200 rooms was constructed by Turkish company Ekol. Two four-storey hotel buildings united by capacious lobby with their design remind a Turkmen Falcon stretching its wings during the flight - "Lachin", which gave a name to the hotel. A hotel introduces for placement comfortable rooms equipped in accordance with international standards. Beauty salon, hairdressing salon, pharmacy and medical station as well are located on the first floor of the hotel; a conference hall is located on the second floor. Comfortable elevators run between the floors. There are a cozy summer caf? and a restaurant with a concert area located in the hall, which is designed in a national style. On the developed area around the hotel there are green lawns and car parks. Autonomous life support systems are responsible for conveniences inside the building and favorable microclimate.
