The atmosphere will be relaxed, granting you the freedom to walk, follow your personal workout routine, or join us in the intended workout of 200m, 400m, 800m, 400m, 200m. Run at your own pace; all levels are welcome!

As a bonus, 10 fortunate participants will be bestowed with their very own AltraFWD Experience shoes! Four individuals who promptly RSVP will be guaranteed a pair, while an additional six lucky winners will be selected at random.
