The crowd filled the room last practice circle, there were new faces, everyone shard one change they are seeking for growth and how their journey has been. 
For those who have missed the previous session, change talk and sustain talk, a skillset of Motivational Interviewing was introduced and recapped.
Practice Circles is a dedicated initiative designed to 
sharpen 
and 
enhance 
the empathetic communication skills of our alumni members.
If you’ve been interested in our Para-counselling or Motivational Interviewing courses but have yet to enrol in our classes, this is the perfect opportunity to observe and learn too :)

We absolutely loved Universal Studios Singapore!  Our tip would be to go early so you can maximise your playing time.  Once you exit, there is no re-entry.  However, there are many places to rest and to fuel up during the day.  Park at the casino east carpark, it is capped at SG$13 per day.  Very good value!

Although it rained when we went today, it stopped after a while, so it was still a lot of fun. The kids kept asking for more laps, and even after buying four laps, it still wasn&#39;t enough. The scenery on the mountain was also great, and the rides were easy to pick up and play &ndash; no lines! It was a very lucky day.
