Join Elise Hartmann, a vegan artist, designer, and owner of Dark Faerie Creations, and Dr Stephanie Lipnicki, a DACM, LAc, acupuncturist, and certified hypnotherapist at Natural Alternatives Center for Wellness, for an evening of mindfulness and art. This unique event, titled "Meditation and Painting: An Art & Mindfulness Evening of Wellness," combines the magic of art with the benefits of meditation for a truly transformative experience.

Dr Stephanie will start the evening by leading a guided meditation, igniting your inner creativity and setting the stage for a magical journey. Elise will then guide you in creating your own one-of-a-kind painting on a wood slice, taking you further on this enchanting artistic adventure. Art supplies will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to take your masterpiece home at the end of the evening.

The event is open to individuals aged 16 and above. Limited parking is available in the lot behind the venue, with overflow parking on Main St. Light snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own as well.
