Looking for a new way to enjoy the lake? Come try Dragonboat paddling. We will show you the basics and help you find a team to join.
Dragonboat paddling is a great way to enjoy time on the lake, get some exercise, and meet a fun new group of people. On this day we will start with an overview of paddling technique and a safety briefing. Then we will get out on the water for up to an hour of paddling. Back on land, you can talk to members about their experiences paddling weekly and competing in festivals. Dragonboating is accessible for a broad age range, we have teenage paddlers, paddlers in their mid-80s and everything in between. We will let you know which teams are looking for paddlers and the day of the week that they practice. We offer both women's teams and mixed teams.

This event is free to join but we are asking participants to help us support the COFB. We will have a card machine to accept donations by debit or credit card.
