Throughout the day, participants will receive one-on-one tuition in stick and MIG welding, as well as learn about material preparation using an angle grinder and the safe use of workshop machinery for cutting. The course will cover welding tuition and practice, material preparation, cutting, and metal finishing techniques - all essential skills for fabricating objects in metal. By the end of the course, participants will have the knowledge and skills to construct their own contemporary Plant Stand using mild steel. This hands-on experience will provide attendees with a practical understanding of MMA welding, sawing metal, material preparation, and general fabrication and finishing techniques.
