The York Knavesmire Harriers are organizing an 8-week Couch to 5K course in January 2024. Led by fully certified coaches, this program is suitable for runners at all levels, whether you're a beginner or looking to get back into running. It also provides an opportunity to socialize and make new friends. The sessions will take place every Tuesday at 6:30pm, starting from January 16 and continuing until March 5. The meeting point is the Hamilton Panthers clubhouse at Knavesmire Road, York. To celebrate the participants' achievements, there will be a graduation parkrun at York parkrun on March 9. The cost of the course is £15, which includes a technical running t-shirt upon completion. My first time visiting this tower ,all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful .We really enjoyed visiting this beautiful piece of history and we adore york. Was so happy to know it is english heritage so everytime we go somewhere we try and make use out of our membership.Was a wonderful structure been made for the stairs nice and strong. We enjoyed the roof top being able to have a clear 360 view was magnificent well worth all the climbing up both stairs .
