Brass Tacks: Artist Talks is a weekly event in West Palm Beach aimed at fostering a sense of community and providing valuable insights for artists in Palm Beach County. This gathering, hosted by Craig McInnis, takes place at The Peach Art Collective, specifically in unit 3. Craig, a seasoned artist with a wealth of experience, covers various aspects of the art business, drawing from his background as a musician, performer, illustrator, muralist, fine artist, set designer, curator, and art show producer. Moreover, he currently serves as the Creative Director of Fright Nights at the South Florida fairgrounds. Brass Tacks: Artist Talks is open to creatives of all levels, including poets, dancers, musicians, actors, and visual artists. The goal is to provide a platform for attendees to discuss the challenges they face in their creative endeavors and offer valuable support, encouragement, and insights to one another. Sponsored by the No More Starving Artists Foundation, this event promises to be an engaging and informative experience for all artists in Palm Beach County.
