REGISTRATION DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 25 Thursday & Friday, October 2 & 3, 2025 The Heartland Christian Educators' Convention will prove to strengthen and inspire attendees in their work and life through a variety of opportunities including networking, discussion, learning and worship. Check-in and continental breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday in the Campus Center at Dordt University with convention opening at 9:00 a.m. and closing at 4:00 p.m. Friday's breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. with sessions beginning at 8:00 a.m. The convention concludes at 12:00 p.m. Keynotes will be given by Jim McKenzie on Thursday beginning at 9:00 a.m. and on Friday at 10:45 a.m. Jim McKenzie has worked in K-12 education for 25+ years, including more than 20 years in leadership at a Christian school, and holds an M.Ed from the University of Florida. He is an author, speaker, and consultant and has done keynotes and workshops at numerous Christian schools and conferences across North America. Jim currently serves as the marketing & enrollment consultant for both the Van Lunen Center and the Herzog Foundation. CONVENTION THEME: Stand Watch!
