Course Overview
Discover the art of silversmithing in this engaging short course. Through tutorials, demonstrations, and hands-on tasks, you’ll master techniques such as etching, enamelling, forming, texturing, and crafting a stacking silver ring.
Build confidence using professional tools as you develop the skills to create unique, personal projects. Base metals are provided to start, with opportunities to work with your own precious materials as your designs progress.
Venue, Dates, Times
Term starts on 29th April. There will be 8 sessions, and there will be a half term break on the week of 27th May. The last session will be 24th June.
All sessions will be held in the Small Metals workshop at our Folly Lane Campus. Sessions will start at 6.30pm and will finish at approximately 9pm.
About the Tutor
Jade Kondal's art reflects deep admiration for architecture and the beauty of geometry. Her jewellery pieces embody fearless expression, and she is constantly pushing boundaries to create pieces that are both bold and elegant. Through a blend of precise lines and daring compositions, she strives to evoke a sense of awe and wonder in the wearer, inviting them to explore the intersections of art, space, and emotion.
Jade is a graduate of HCA's BA (Hons) Jewellery Design.

Beyond that point, refunds may be given based on individual circumstances.
