You will get a video recording of that week's class available for the remainder of the week, so if you want to repeat the class, or you can't make the class in person that week you can still do the class at home. The cost also includes a small Pilates ball for you to keep. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿? This course is for you if you are totally new to Pilates, or if you have done Pilates before, but not for a while. There will be options provided to make each exercise easier or harder depending on how you are feeling. There is no pressure to do anything that isn't right for you, and I encourage you to listen to your body and rest if you need to, so don't worry in the slightest about not being able to do it . 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀? This is mat Pilates, so the majority of the exercises will be floor based. It is contemporary/ modern Pilates - which means we will not just stick rigidly to the original 34 exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. We don’t have gallery openings, residencies or neighborhoods where we naturally run into each other… So let’s make it happen! Oracle´s Golf Day 2025 - Sonning GC, Reading Get ready to tee off at Oracle Head and Neck Cancer´s Golf Day 2025! Join us at Sonning Golf Club in Reading for a day of swings, putts, and good times. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a newbie to the game, this event is perfect for all levels. Enjoy the lush greenery, the challenging course, and the friendly competition. Sonning is a lovely golf club, all round. The course is gorgeous, but also fair so will suit the full range of handicaps. And the clubhouse facilities are excellent, particularly the area in front of the 18th green for post-golf drinks; fingers crossed for fine weather! The cost per team of 4 is set at £500 which includes; golf and catering, a welcoming coffee and bacon bap, on course drink & snacks, followed by a 2-course dinner. We can safely say that the main meal will be excellent.
