Holiday Inn Chicago Oakbrook is $139/night + tax

Airport Transport:
There is no hotel airport shuttle. Oakbrook is a bit closer to Chicago Midway Airport (MDW) than Chicago O'Hare Airport (ORD).

A NON-REFUNDABLE
registration fee of $299, includes:
Monthly attendee virtual event.
Admittance to the Festival sessions that kickoff Friday 5:00 pm and run through the weekend. Excludes Friday morning and afternoon Masterclasses.
Lunch Saturday and Sunday.
Coffee/snack breaks.
Two drink tickets for Saturday evening reception.
Excess funds donated to event charities. 2026 event charities TBA.

Transfer Policy:
registration is transferable for a $25 processing fee. Transfers must be completed by October 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm CDT—email organizer via EventBrite your ticket information. Transfers will be assigned by event organizer to those on event waitlist. Resale of tickets is prohibited and will result in ticket cancelation without refund.
Recording Policy:
no audio or video recording of sessions is permitted without express written consent. Unauthorized recording may result in ejection without refund. Photos of presentation slides are permitted only with verbal consent of the presenter.
