Join the Rubin Center & Mi Casa Gallery in El Paso as they inaugurate the Gaspar Enriquez Cultural Center and celebrate the grand opening of Collidoscope: De La Torre Brothers Retro|Perspective. This exciting event marks a new partnership between the Rubin Center for the Visual Arts and esteemed artist Gaspar Enriquez. Taking place from October 19th to October 21st, the exhibition will be showcased at the Rubin Center for the Visual Arts, located at 500 West University Avenue, El Paso, TX 79902.
Collidoscope: De La Torre Brothers Retro|Perspective is a collaborative project between the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Latino, The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture, and the Riverside Art Museum. The National Museum of the American Latino has provided significant support for the national tour of this exhibition, which has been made possible through generous contributions from the Mellon Foundation, the Texas Commission on the Arts, Carol Johnson, The Carol Jean MacGuire Foundation, the estate of Lineaus Hooper Lorette, and UTEP College of the Liberal Arts.
