Join the Makeup Workshop: Zombies, bruises, and gore - oh my! in Raleigh at the Frank Thompson Hall on October 21, 2023. This hands-on workshop is perfect for Halloween enthusiasts who want to learn the basics of zombie and horror special effects makeup. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to play with various materials including liquid latex, stage blood, creme makeup, and more, to create horrifying looks. The class will take place in the Rehearsal Hall 150, and it is open to both NC State students and the general public. Please come prepared with makeup wipes and a hand towel, and wear clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy. The workshop will provide all necessary materials such as liquid latex, creme makeup, organic materials for texture, stage blood, makeup sponges, and brushes. The workshop also includes visuals of blood, gore, and bruises from film and TV for inspiration. Don't miss out on this limited opportunity, as the workshop is only open to 10 participants.

The highly anticipated Halloween Drag Brunch is making its grand debut at the Bounty Fair in Adams this year. This special event promises to be a spine-chilling spectacle that you won't want to miss. Hosted by the talented North Adams Queens, Vuronika Baked and Jackie Legs, alongside Pittsfield's own Bella Santarella and Albany's Ultra Violet, this show is set to be a mesmerizing display of drag talent.
