NL - Tijdens RHIZOMA organiseert MASEREEL een creatieve workshop voor volwassenen, geïnspireerd op het werk van pop-art kunstenaar Corita Kent. Corita Kent was een Amerikaanse kunstenaar en voormalig katholieke non, bekend om haar levendige, op tekst gebaseerde zeefdrukken die popart combineren met sociale rechtvaardigheid en spiritualiteit. In de workshop ontwerp je je eigen poster adhv zeefdruk. De workshop biedt niet alleen creatieve inspiratie maar ook een toegangsticket tot de wandeling die je op dezelfde dag kunt maken. En als kers op de taart: tijdens de pauze staat er een heerlijke lunch met soep klaar. Deelname is op inschrijving gezien het beperkt aantal plaatsen. EN -During RHIZOMA, MASEREEEL is hosting a creative workshop for adults inspired by the work of pop-art artist Corita Kent. Corita Kent was an American artist and former Catholic nun known for her vibrant, text-based screen prints that combine pop art with social justice and spirituality. In the workshop, you will design your own poster adhv screen printing. The workshop offers not only creative inspiration but also an entry ticket to the walk that you can take on the same day.
