A new fireworks display was held in Sapporo, Hokkaido, launching approximately 18,000 fireworks to brighten the autumn night sky. Using the Sapporo Dome as the venue, state-of-the-art digital technology controlled ignition in fractions of a second, creating a fireworks show perfectly synchronized with the music.

The "Hokkaido Art Fireworks" is not just a simple display of fireworks, but also incorporates artistic elements, which is the characteristic of fireworks displays. The fireworks performed with music in harmony with the vast land of the park and the surrounding landscape attract the audience.

The Sapporo Autumn Festival is a culinary event themed "Hokkaido and Sapporo's Gourmet Food," which began in 2008. It offers seasonal ingredients and local delicacies from all over Hokkaido, including specialties from various cities, alcoholic beverages, and dishes prepared by chefs from renowned Sapporo restaurants. Held across seven areas in Odori Park in central Sapporo, the festival stretches approximately 1 kilometer and features 300 shops, attracting over 2 million visitors annually.
