The 2024 WNY Regional Open is an annual event that showcases the talents of lifters from Western New York. This highly anticipated competition will take place at the prestigious WNY Strength and Conditioning venue in Depew. The event will kick off on Saturday with the Women's competition, followed by the Men's competition on Sunday. Participants will have the opportunity to compete for medals in their respective weight classes, adding to the excitement and sense of accomplishment. In addition to the medals, there will also be cash prizes awarded to the Top 3 Open Lifters, both male and female. The Best Masters Lifter will also receive a cash prize, with Masters lifters being eligible for the Top 3 Open prizes.
