Join the semi-competitive basketball session at Badgers Basketball Drills & Games in Bicester. This session is designed for intermediate baseball players aged 15+ who are looking to develop their skills and improve their fitness. Led by Christie Lothamer, former National League Coach and Coaching Cert Level 2, this session offers a range of activities including stretching, drills, competitive games, and half and full court games. The emphasis is on having fun and enjoying the game, with no score keeping involved. Occasionally, other coaches may also lead the session.
The Badgers Basketball Drills & Games session is part of the community development and mission work of Journey Communities Churches. Participants are expected to show kindness and consideration towards each other, with no tolerance for extreme or offensive behavior such as cursing, arguing, or arrogance. Jeff and Christie, as Christian church leaders and community builders, aim to create a positive and inclusive environment for all players.
In addition to the regular sessions, there may be opportunities for social drinks, 3v3 tournaments, and spiritual development at outside events.
