Exhibitions
Officially recognized by the Peruvian government, the "CREVIA Machu Picchu Exhibition" brings approximately 130 precious cultural assets, including some exhibited in Japan for the first time!
Thirteen years after the 2012 "Inca Empire Exhibition," the mysteries of the ancient Andes are coming to Japan once again.
This special traveling exhibition, officially recognized by the Peruvian government, brings together approximately 130 precious cultural assets on loan from the world-renowned Larco Museum in Lima. Through these precious items, including those being shown outside of the country for the first time, such as golden ornaments excavated from royal tombs and ritual implements used in temple ceremonies, the wisdom and beauty of the glorious ancient Andean civilization are vividly brought back to life.
At the venue, visitors will be invited on an unprecedented intellectual adventure through an immersive space where the "sky city" of Machu Picchu has been recreated using the latest technology, and the epic story of Ai Apaek, a hero from Andean mythology.
This is the second historical exhibition from NEON, the studio behind the "Ramses the Great" exhibition. This exhibition attracted 540,000 visitors in four cities around the world.
An "experiential cultural exhibition" is now opening, allowing you to experience Machu Picchu and the ancient Andean civilizations, which are still shrouded in mystery, on an overwhelming scale and with spectacular presentation.
