This comprehensive class focuses on firearm safety, the fundamentals of marksmanship, and understanding Colorado laws related to carrying a firearm. Participants will also learn how to select and maintain their firearm and holster, ensuring they are prepared for self-defense situations. The course includes both a written exam and a live-fire qualification to assess each student's competency in safely operating a handgun. To participate in the course, students are required to bring eye and ear protection, as well as at least 150-200 rounds of ammunition.
