This will be a thoroughly enjoyable evening at Yellow Wood, the cafe is an intimate space with a lovely vibe that works well for live music. Entry will be by TICKET ONLY. Tickets are limited to only 26, so please book early to be sure of a seat. There will be a LICENCED BAR available on the night serving a small selection of craft beers, red and white wine alongside our usual range of hot and cold drinks from the cafe. Dog Explosion An electic one-man electronic-industrial rock project based in Nottingham. The music is often desribed as a mix of 90s rave, punk and synth-pop, featuring dark baritone vocals and a "professional" Look (often performing in a shirt and tie). The band is active in the Local scene, with recent upcoming shows atweird Garden in Lincoln and Dot to Dot Fesival in Nottingham. Joey Chickenskin Often desicribed as a fun, punk-filtered, or rock influenced group. It is Likeley a stage name or band name, rather than a food-related product. Step into a world of magic and creativity with our fun fantasy-themed photo sessions with photographer Mercia Images You are invited to join fantasy photographer Mercia Images (Storm) for a 55 minute photo session at the Pigeon Loft Photo Studio in Beeston, Nottingham. Session are £35 each (plus Eventbrite processing fees) You may purchase multiple sessions back-to-back if you wish to have longer shooting time. At your session you can create up to two looks and you will receive 5 fully edited images total. Please arrive in your first outfit with hair and make-up fully made up as any prep will eat into your shoot time as sessions must promptly start on the hour and finish at 55 past to keep everyone on schedule. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your call time to keep everything running smoothly. On the shoot, there will be a trunkful of fantasy props and furniture for you to use including weaponry, tankards, skulls, drinking horns, stools, chairs, potions bottles, leather bound books, furs, lanterns, crystals, scrolls, LED candles and candleabras as well as many more. There will be a few backdrops set up as well as taking advantage of the beautiful rustic white walls of the studio to make you the focus of the photos. There will be hanging swags of fabric, heraldry and banners, all to recreate a medieval fantasy feel to your photos. Edited photos will be delivered within 6 weeks of the shoot date via a Dropbox link to your email address as well as all photos from the shoot watermarked and unedited. Single-Day Introductory GMAW/MIG Welding Workshop Women Who Weld is holding a Single-Day Introductory GMAW/MIG Welding Workshop on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 12 pm to 4 pm at our training facility, which is a shared space, in Westland, MI! Women Who Weld is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that teaches women how to weld and find employment in the welding industry. We can accept a maximum of 18 participants. The minimum age to participate is 18. The cost to participate in the workshop is $125.00 per person (plus the Eventbrite fee). All proceeds go directly toward Women Who Weld’s programs. Wear leather, suede, or canvas boots/shoes, a pair of jeans that cover your entire leg, including your ankle (i.e. without holes/tears/rips) that you do not mind getting dirty, and a 100% cotton shirt.
