4.0The table service at the Black Cab restaurant, handled by Vinecent, was poor. Two male servers (one wearing glasses) constantly stared at passengers while they ate, making us feel uncomfortable. They also gossiped about passengers behind their backs. During dinner on July 27th, they spoke about us behind our backs in what sounded like their native language, and then relayed this to the male servers at other tables, causing them to observe us closely. We felt deeply insulted and treated differently. On July 29th, my son wanted his steak cooked better and said "Excuse me." His voice was quite childish, and the male server wearing glasses imitated my child in a female voice, making exaggerated gestures, which was extremely insulting and disrespectful to passengers. This attracted the attention of other diners, and we felt extremely embarrassed. Only the female servers in this area provided relatively good service, but one time she served the wrong dessert; we ordered a fresh fruit plate, but she served us a mousse cake. We filed a formal complaint with the cruise company.

5.0A very nice cruise ship. Travel was quite convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and bright. The receptionist was very welcoming!

5.08 days 7 nights, other itineraries are for reference only. There were only a few Chinese people on the entire ship, a rare quietness, and no fighting over food at the buffet (not specific to any particular route). Overall, it was quite harmonious. Formal banquets featured all sorts of sparkly and unusual outfits, the atmosphere was much better than Asian routes. Bottled water costs money (Royal Caribbean doesn't), but you can get your own cup at the buffet; rumors say drinking too much water causes hair loss. Service: Aside from the ATMs, there was no Chinese language support, as it mainly serves Europe; some of their ships do have Chinese, but it's not uniform. To be fair, Royal Caribbean's service details are much better; you can compare for yourself. Because the ticket includes free access to the main restaurant, you need to go to the front desk upon boarding to request a fixed table and time for dining each day (no need to queue at the door for dinner, just share a table). Having the same staff member makes the experience much better. Rome Termini – Civitavecchia Port: The train goes directly to the port, and there's a shuttle bus (€6) from the station. After boarding, collect your luggage and begin your relaxing journey. Cruise: Free time to explore. Check the day's activity log on the app. There were quite a few activities: ball games, yoga, swimming, fitness, a card game area, several bars, F1, PS, video games, a theater, mini-bowling, etc. The steak at the paid restaurant was indeed good, but I didn't try the Japanese food. Mykonos: Pay attention to the boarding and disembarking times. The ferry is 2 euros per person round trip. There are many cats; if you like cats, bring ten pounds of cat food to feed them. There are windmills on the mountaintop that are great for photos, but be careful wearing a skirt if it's windy. If you want to buy the Evil Eye souvenir, hold off; buy it in Turkey the next day—it's much cheaper there. Izmir (shopping center): There are taxis right outside the port. A meal at BAZAAR (like Lotus Pond in China) cost only 30 rupees for two main dishes, two bowls of soup, and two bottles of drinks—incredibly cheap! Walk to the memorial square. Overall, there wasn't much to do, but shopping was really cheap. Many items are the same as in Europe. Remember to negotiate the price with taxis on the way back; hailing a taxi on the street might get you ripped off. I told them I only had 15 euros. Santorini: On the return trip, a group of people were saying they'd never go there again. Cruise tickets are issued at 7 AM, but I recommend starting to queue at 6:30 AM; otherwise, the round-trip cable car queue can take about 4 hours. The cable cars are limited due to high throughput, as more than one cruise ship docks there – five in total that day. There were arguments every time people entered the cable car queue, and many people cut in line. It's not as good as Mykonos; the experience was poor. Naples: City Walk, Via Maradona, Toledo Metro Line 1. The original pizza is worth checking out; it's pretty good. Pompeii is too sunny and requires a tour, so we didn't go. Those who like it can visit it.

3.0The overall experience is fair. MSC needs some improvements on their services, transportation, free tour on ship, bridge, and engine room, etc. to make ship life more fun.

3.0Compared to my Western Mediterranean cruise trip 4 or 5 years ago, the experience was significantly worse in every aspect. This time, the Divine Comedy was quite old, experiencing hardware problems such as power outages and black tap water. The quality and variety of the food were also very mediocre. The Black female flight attendant who served our cabin was constantly complaining, a far cry from the service standards in many places in China. The shore excursions were guided by local guides, some of whom were foreigners who spoke Chinese, and the quality of their explanations was disappointing. While the time allotted for Pompeii last time wasn't enough, this time it was a pure rush tour; many places we visited last time weren't included. The tourist attractions in Italy, Greece, and Turkey were far too commercialized, with service incomparable to that in China. Not only were there no public rest areas for passengers to sit down, but you had to pay to sit at any vendor's stall, for example, 20 euros. There were two prices for ice cream or drinks at vendors: cheaper to take away, much more expensive to sit down and eat. Even after paying the price for a meal, you still had to pay extra to sit down and rest or use the restroom at the vendor—it was truly speechless. Western countries are really declining.

5.0We absolutely loved this trip and were extremely satisfied with the facilities and services on board. If there are other cruise lines we like, we will definitely continue to travel by cruise. We've fallen in love with cruises and will be keeping an eye out for more!

3.0The cruise ship's balconies are very comfortable, allowing you to experience and enjoy the Mediterranean sea voyage. At each port of call, you can purchase shore excursions of varying lengths on board, including day trips in English, French, German, and other languages. Ctrip also offers shore excursions with Chinese-speaking guides throughout the trip, catering to different needs.
You need a passport valid for your destinations (typically at least 6 months beyond the voyage – check your boarding info), your cruise boarding pass, and any required visas. Depending on your nationality, extra ID (e.g., residence permit) may be needed. Confirm with embassies and your cruise line before departure.
