We had a wonderful time at the Disney Cruise Adventure Singapore! We booked through trip.com and it was quite straightforward. The prices were good, but we did find an even lower price for a better room type closer to the cruise sailing date which we were no longer able to cancel. Nonetheless, the cruise experience was wonderful.

Was an absolute amazing trip for us - seeing our familiar Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy among us. The staff were superb taking care of everything without asking.

Cruise staffs were very informative and could quickly respond to your questions.  Meet and Greet Disney characters were well organized and you could have time to interact with the characters.  Food was great and service staffs always gave warm welcome Room was well decorated. There were many activities and you won't feel idle on the ship.

Boarding started on time, check in is super easy, just save the QR code for boarding and bring your passport. First thing to do would be to head for lunch then attend the Seas the Adventure show to kick off the sail. Rotational dining depends on luck, it is assigned once onboard. Shops are only opened when the ship is out in the sea. I stayed on Deck 16, room 16902 which is Spiderman Themed. There's a bit of noise from the deck above due to night maintenance and testing of the Ironcycle. But things are much quieter from 11pm onwards. Would recommend this room due to the privacy and ease of reaching Deck 17 for the Pixar Market for Breakfast and Lunch. Deck 17 is also where you access the drinks dispenser (hot water, tea, cold water, ice and soft drinks). Character meet-and-greet are super hard to book, but I believe it opens at 4pm daily, so do enter and exit the page as often during that period for better chance. I only managed to meet Mickey & Minnie. The Royal Gathering is hardest.

Booked through NATAS Fair at a good price, with complimentary one-way transportation from home to Marina Bay Cruise Centre (MBCC), which was a great bonus! We stayed in Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah #10162 (Forward). The room was great, and the king-sized bed was comfortable. The ship was also very stable throughout the cruise, making the sailing experience pleasant. As for the food, we really enjoyed the Western and Indian selections! However, the Chinese and Japanese-style dishes were not quite to our taste. Overall, we had a great first Disney Cruise experience!

Whole ship is in Disney Theme, all are very well done. Foods are nice, services are great. On boarding and disembarking processes are in order and smooth sailing. Nothing to complain about. Love Disney cruise.

The Disney characters definitely did not disappoint and brought the magic we expected! However, the Concierge team was a major letdown. As Concierge guests paying extra for a premium experience, we expected more attentive service, personalised assistance and meaningful benefits. Unfortunately, apart from the bigger room, we felt there was little added value to justify the extra cost. The Concierge experience fell far below our expectations and needs significant improvement. Disney delivered the magic, but the Concierge team failed to deliver the premium experience we paid for. I hope Disney Cruise Line takes this feedback seriously and reviews the quality of its Concierge service. The Disney magic itself was there, but the service supporting the Concierge experience needs significant improvement.
