The car was new, clean, and handled very well. It came with a full tank at pickup, which was a great start. The service was also efficient. I would strongly recommend opting for the rental company’s insurance rather than the default option. While it is more expensive, it provides greater convenience and peace of mind during your trip.

I don't understand why customers should be expected to purchase additional insurance that costs roughly twice as much as standard comprehensive coverage, even though they already have full comprehensive insurance. When you point out that you've already purchased appropriate insurance for the rental car, you're immediately told that the rental company doesn't care and that the renter is still liable in the event of damage.
This creates the impression that rental car companies generate significant additional revenue through these extra insurance policies. Despite already having comparable coverage, many customers repeatedly pay for this additional insurance. This is a real problem.

I reserved and paid for a Jeep. Instead, I got a Peugeot SUV that cost €20 less per day, but it didn't have a built-in navigation system or a USB port. I had to find a gas station that sold the right charging cable in the rain at night. But otherwise, everything was great 😊👍

This time I booked a car rental with one-way rental from the airport to the city center. Picking up and returning the car was very simple and smooth, the procedures were straightforward, and the service was excellent. The car was also very new, easy to drive, and clean. The only downside was that the city center office was extremely difficult to find; you had to enter from a nearby parking lot, and it was hard to locate – I circled around twice before finally finding it. However, returning the car was the easiest experience I've ever had.
