Booking a car was easy through Trips. Cancellation is free and there are no fees. The car was new and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and easy to contact by phone. I will definitely use their service again on my next trip.

Booking was convenient, and the price was standard, comparable to booking elsewhere. A staff member called to notify me of the car pickup one day in advance. The staff were attentive and friendly. The car model wasn't exactly as booked; I reserved a Yaris Ativ but received a Nissan. The staff member explained that it was a better model, so I wasn't bothered. When booking through the app, be prepared for a credit card deposit. This should be clearly stated upon car pickup, especially if the person booking and the driver aren't traveling together. However, the credit card deposit was refunded upon return of the car; nothing exceeded the amount paid during booking.
