Overall, it was okay. The rental shop is located outside the airport. The reception staff wasn't very good when picking up the car, but they were excellent when returning it. I would suggest improving the reception staff in that aspect.

🚗✨ This was my first time renting a car in Hat Yai and I was very impressed! The staff were efficient, the car delivery and pick-up were quick, and they were very friendly and cheerful. 😊 When picking up the car, they pointed out any minor flaws in detail. Although the car had some scratches, it worked perfectly fine during use. The refund was also very quick upon returning the car.

You can pick up the car easily just step out of the gate. Car come with clean and full of fuel with dark film. The air con is so cool. The staffs are helpful & friendly. Once you turn back to the airport, you just call them and wait at gate 4. Everything is convenient. We will use this service again when we are there.
