I checked in at the airport (domestic flights) counter and picked up my rental car at the adjacent airport parking lot. The process was relatively smooth. I returned the car with the same amount of gasoline. When returning the car, I returned it to the rental company, but they charged me 12,000 won for the airport transfer.

Highly recommend! The pick-up and drop-off process was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The car was spotless and well-maintained.
We were traveling with a baby, and the car seat was prepared in advance just as requested, and in excellent condition. We had one large suitcase, two small bags, and a stroller—all of which fit comfortably.
The Kia Seltos worked perfectly for our needs and is ideal for a family of three or four, though it may feel tight for five.
We travel frequently and have had some disappointing rental experiences in Europe, but this was by far the best rental car experience we’ve had.

The owner is super helpful. Prior to pick up, you will be contacted and given instructions and such. The car is dropped off right at the gate, no need to take shuttles, a big plus. Condition of the car was excellent and super clean. Owner even place bottle water for the customers. Very thoughtful. Any problem, you can contact the owner via WhatsApp, Line or other msg apps, fast response and very helpful. The drop off was super simple too, right at the gate, someone will meet you and pick up the ride. No hassle and saves so much time. Highly recommend this rental car. I rented cars all over the world, this is by far the best experience yet.
