I was a little sceptical at first looking at reviews online but the process was super smooth. Picked up the car in no time in Lisbon with their shuttle service and the drop off in Porto (one way trip) was quick as well, with the deposit being released in just a few hours. Car was great too, latest model with Carplay and super comfortable to drive.

The car we had reserved was not available. They said they had an upgrade for 20 euros more. However, it turned out to be much more expensive, namely more than double, which I am not very happy about.

The car rental process was very quick, the staff were polite and attentive, and the car I was given was clean and almost brand new. The only thing I wasn't entirely satisfied with was the rather expensive full insurance.

When I went to pick up the car this time, I was reminded to buy full insurance. After buying it, I was upgraded to a brand new Mercedes-Benz A250e. Although I was happy, the trunk was too small. Everything else was fine. Luckily, there were only two of us, otherwise the space would have felt too cramped!

The car was in good condition, practically new. I had also purchased comprehensive insurance through Trip, but they told me it didn't cover everything, so I opted for their own.
