The airport transfer was handled smoothly with detailed communication, and the driver was very helpful in coordinating the navigation system with my smartphone. Furthermore, on the way back to the airport, the driver stopped at a restaurant he recommended, which was a great touch. The car was very clean, and all the staff were friendly; I would say their service was top-notch for an overseas service provider.

The car we had was not brand new but was in very good condition. My only concern was the drop-off arrangement where I was not been told it is at their actual office which would created trouble should we did not arrive the airport hours in advance before our flight. We had to drive it back to their office. I wish they will have an easy option for dropong off the car goijg forward.

If a person rents a car with this company in Thailand, or in the UK, the car is quite new. In the Philippines, they are old cars. Today’s car only had a spare key to open the doors, not the remote control operational one. A lot of kms also on the clock. It’s like Philippine airlines. Their aircraft are like cattle wagons. Cramped seats , no entertainment systems, sales staff treat customers as second class citizens. Today the staff at Europcar were really nice as they were last Friday. So people are great, it’s a management problem. The website says “recent/new cars”. What a con.
