The pick-up office was in the airport terminal; we had already entered our online Readpass information and immediately picked up the vehicle. There was no extra insurance requirement, it was optional. We left a deposit, and the vehicle class was upgraded free of charge. We were given a Suzuki Vitara hybrid, a 2022 model, in excellent condition. We were very satisfied. We experienced a minor battery issue, but we called Enterprise, and within 25 minutes, despite it being rush hour, they immediately came to Skopje and took us to the airport (this can happen with any vehicle). Because we left the car on the road, we couldn't fill the tank; they later filled it and sent us the receipt without any extra charge. Our deposit was refunded within 2-3 days. We were very pleased; apart from this minor issue, a dead battery is quite normal. We thank Enterprise for their helpfulness, and we also thank trip.com. We recommend them to everyone; we had no problems whatsoever...

A deposit is taken, but picking up and returning the vehicle was very easy. The staff were helpful, and when we were a large group, they upgraded us to a larger vehicle with a higher package free of charge. The car was delivered with a full tank of fuel, and it was very new. I had some reservations, but I didn't experience anything negative.

The car was very good; the only problem was that they gave us a similar car instead of the one we rented, but the car they gave us was also very good, I was satisfied. I didn't experience any problems with picking it up or returning it. They put a block on my credit card as a deposit, but they unblock it on the second day. You can rent with peace of mind without any problems.

I had some doubts about renting a car for my first trip abroad. However, I had no problems during the rental period. They refunded the deposit approximately a week later. The staff were friendly and helpful. They didn't charge for car washing. I was very satisfied. I will definitely rent from this company for my next trip abroad.
