The car was great, and picking it up and returning it was convenient. The navigation system was superb—easy to use and accurate. This was my first time renting a car and driving in Japan, and it was a perfect experience! Renting a car is a must in Tottori, and this self-driving tour made our trip a great success!

The car rental company's sign was right outside customs. Although we don't understand Japanese, we felt their service was very patient and thoughtful throughout. It was raining that day, and they even gave us two umbrellas in case we didn't have any, wishing us a pleasant journey. The car was great, very new, and comfortable to drive. They also provided ETC for using national highways, which was very convenient. The gas station had directional signs to prevent us from filling up with the wrong gas. The navigation system was accurate and even had Mandarin pronunciation. I would definitely choose this car rental company again if I went there again.
