The car was very clean, and it seemed like they washed it immediately after return, so it felt trustworthy. It didn't smell bad either, which was great. However, the navigation system was only equipped in Japanese, so I had to use my phone. The car was equipped with features like lane departure warning, which was good for keeping me occupied when I was confused, but the lanes in Japan are narrow, so the steering wheel locked up too often... Still, it was a very fun and good experience.

The vehicle was in excellent condition, and you get used to driving it after a while. When going to Naoshima, it was convenient to be able to board the ferry with the car and stay inside. Even though I didn't purchase an ETC card, a toll ticket was issued when entering the ETC-only lanes on the highway. I was able to pay with the ticket at my destination. One thing to remember is to make sure to carry your International Driving Permit.

One slight disappointment was that even though I switched the language to Korean, the navigation controls were very inconvenient to operate, and it seemed like the app hadn't been updated. It would be very helpful if there were a simple guide to help find Matsuyama's major tourist destinations or recommended parking lots. Because the controls were so cumbersome, I just comfortably used Google Maps on my smartphone to get around. Anyway, since it was located right in front of the station, I was able to travel back and forth much more freely and conveniently than other travelers. If I visit Matsuyama again, I will use this service again.
