The service was excellent. The staff provided great advice. The car rental place is right behind JR Matsumoto, very convenient to walk to. When booking, there was no option to select an ET card, so I contacted Trip.com for them (Trip.com informed me of the additional cost, which I was okay with). Upon arrival, the staff handed it to me right away. Payment was very easy; I only needed my international driving license and passport. // Returning the car was also hassle-free. Just fill the tank with gas, give the gas receipt to the staff, inspect the car, and you're done. It was a lot of fun driving!
