Rented a yaris with them, very professional team, explained in details, easy to pickup and dropoff as their shop just opposite to Kaohsiung main train station, the car just parked at underground. Friendly staff and boss , they even introduce us where got good food. Car very clean and functional. Overall good experience driving at Taiwan, thanks to the team

The car can connect to iPhone maps and play music via Bluetooth, which is very convenient. However, the brakes on this model are not very easy to operate, so I will choose a different model next time.

It's alright, but the car is quite old, the most basic Yaris model, probably ten years old, with about 90,000 kilometers on it. Returning the car to a different location costs about a quarter to a third more than returning it to the same location.

Spring Holiday Car Rental's option to select a specific vehicle model is very attractive, giving renters more peace of mind. Many people choose mini-cars for road trips because they are easier to drive and park. Hopefully, Spring Holiday Car Rental will offer this option in the future, giving drivers even more peace of mind. The vehicles were in good overall condition and very clean. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive in answering questions and providing support. It was a great car rental experience.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! This was my first time in Taiwan and my first time renting a car here. The car was in excellent condition, the staff were friendly, and the handover process only took two or three minutes. A big thank you to the lady who picked up the car at the airport; I arrived early, and she rushed over too. I could see her lovely smile from afar. It was wonderful; my fantastic Taiwan trip started with renting a car here.

The LIVINA I rented at Kaohsiung Airport had 57,000 km on it. It was noisy from the engine and drivetrain, and overall, it didn't seem to be in great condition. However, the spacious trunk was roomy enough to accommodate two large suitcases and three smaller ones. A staff member greeted me and provided a brief explanation on the airport sofa, along with paperwork. Upon returning the vehicle, the receiving staff inspected it at a pre-arranged location. The E-Gate toll fee was paid in cash on delivery.
