We got the information from the car rental that if we bought full coverage insurance when pick up the car w/ car rental we don't need to pay in advance if there is an accident but if we bought from the agency we have to pay in advance so we decide to buy the insurance again which is double pay.When picking up the car, the officer said the gas meter display only half but it is full since it is an error on the meter. However when we fill the gas up in full during the trip every time the meter show full. We are not sure we pick up with the full tank or not. We fill up with the full thank when return anyway.
The other thing about when returning car there is a person asking when we seem to don't know how to return it for while. We assume we return the key to the officer since he ask for the key and the return place is the parking for car rental only.
The last thing is we don't get any information such as successfully car returned and how completed it is from car rental.
