Don't let the fact that it's a Daihatsu K-car fool you; it's surprisingly well-equipped with features like adaptive cruise control, automatic lane keeping assist, and automatic parking. The shop owner personally delivered the car to the airport and even provided a Macau transit card pendant attached to the car key, offering advance payment for use. The roadside parking payment was a huge help.

The car rental service was excellent; the staff were warm and attentive, and even provided a private shuttle to the Qingmao Port. They patiently answered any questions and carefully explained the right-hand drive rules in Macau, making my first time driving on the right a smooth experience. Driving in Macau is incredibly efficient: casino parking offers 5 hours of free parking, and shopping at Rua do Cunha is quite convenient; New Yaohan offers 2 hours of free parking, simply register at the underground entrance. Even without looking for free parking, there are plenty of metered parking spaces near attractions, saving you time and effort. Overall, the self-driving experience was fantastic.

This was my second time renting a car from Sanhe Auto in Macau this year, and it was another excellent experience. Fanny confirmed our arrival time via WeChat and arrived at the border gate on time to pick us up in the rented car. The car was in excellent condition, with a clean exterior and interior, a full tank of gas, and included a charging cable and phone holder for convenient navigation. The car key had a Macau pass for easy parking payment, and there were even small bottles of water in the cup holder. The Toyota Roomy, despite its small size as a mini MPV, boasts highly efficient interior space utilization. The interior feels spacious, and both rear sliding doors are power-operated. The space utilization and electronic features of this model truly exceeded my expectations. It's a shame it's not introduced to mainland China; it just goes to show Toyota's innovative approach to small cars. After using the car that evening, I filled up the tank and picked up Fanny on the main island. She took us back to the border gate, and we were ready to leave. Since I hadn't committed any traffic violations or used my Macau Pass that day, Fanny refunded my deposit shortly afterward. These two car rental experiences impressed me with Fanny's excellent character and service; she was always considerate of her customers. Sanhe Car Rental also demonstrated a keen eye for small car models and their attentive service in preparing the vehicles. For my first car rental in Macau, I chose Sanhe Car Rental not only because it was the only company on Ctrip offering car rental services in Macau, but also because I saw the thoughtful customer reviews on Ctrip.
