Given a room upgrade to the best view upon check in. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Entering the lobby on 3rd floor felt like entering a totally different environment vs outside - modern, fun. Limited English + food options but this was manageable for a 2 night stay. Local + western cuisine available for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at KK Sapa Hotel from February 22, 2026, to February 25, 2026. Our room was on a high floor and offered a beautiful view. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Hoang Thi B. Thao. She is very patient and explains how to buy train and cable car tickets to Fansipan Mountain. The breakfast was also great, with a lot of options to choose from. The hotel's location is quite close to Sun Plaza and the town, within walking distance. We will definitely choose KK Sapa again for our next visit.

I enjoyed our 3-day stay in DeLaMont a lot! All the staff is really nice and friendly, receptionist Thiet helped us with everything we asked, so thanks a lot to him. THE ROOM The renovation is really fresh and stylish. The room is not too big, but it's enough space for two people. I really like that they added the lamp that warms up the air when you take a shower, that is very considerate as it can be very cold in the evening. THE LOCATION 1) It's 3 km from the city centre, which is not too far IF YOU CAN RIDE A SCOOTER. But if you need to call a taxi every time you want to go out, I'd find it rather annoying and expensive. We rented a manual motorbike from the hotel for 200k/day. I personally liked the location, the view is really nice and it's super quiet, you can sleep with the windows open. BREAKFAST I'd rate it 6/10. It starts at 6:30 and ends at 10:00. The options are limited, and many things are too oily for my taste. You can ask for a bowl of beef or chicken pho, but the noodles are cheap and spoil the taste of the dish. It was a good choice i booked the azure sapa hotel coz location was good , everywhere you want is just in the corner just few minutes walk to the sun plaza where the train station to take us to cable car to mt.fansipan . Staffs is very accomodating, help us booked our trip to mt.fansipan back en fort she even help us to settle our bus sleeper booking back to hanoi, its really amazed me that azure was helping me all i need on our one night and 2days stayed in the hotel.. breakfast was good,just simple tradional breskfast . Since we checkout early , you can leave the luggage in the hotel until your last hour on your stay to SAPA , it was really a nice experience that i visited the sapa vietnam .. until my next plan 🙏. Highly recommended🙏

Room price is decent. The view from the hotel was nice. It’s located a bit far from the city center (Sapa station) but it was peaceful. ATM’s a strategically placed at the back of the hotel. Hotel staff tried their best to address our needs. They serve similar food options for breakfast daily but it was okay.

We took the premium double room with Mountain View. Got a room on the 4th floor. View partially blocked by next door building but Sapa is ultra foggy most times anyway. The fog finally cleared on our last day, and we could enjoy a nice Mountain View. View was not bad. The room itself was absolutely fantastic. Very quaint and lots of intricate design touches. Bed also had a controllable heated padding! Good decent brekkie too. All in all, highly recommend this hotel.

Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel – Excellent Location & Outstanding Staff I recently stayed at Pao Sapa Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—right beside Moana Sapa and just a few kilometers from Cat Cat Village, making sightseeing very convenient. The town is also within walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful valley view, and the breakfast was delicious. The language barrier can be challenging, but the reception staff always have someone who speaks English. Katie, in particular, was extremely helpful. She assisted us with planning our Fansipan trip and booking tickets, and the hotel staff maintain a group chat to update guests on peak weather conditions, which is very useful. During our stay, the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room became humid after a long day out. Communication was difficult at first, but Katie responded to our message even after office hours and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to rest comfortably. Kudos to Katie and the team for their dedication and excellent service. I highly recommend Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel for its prime location, spacious rooms, and outstanding staff support.

Generally hotel standard is below the standard of a 4 star hotel Location is not very good and quite far from the town centre about 30 minutes walk HOTEL room is very big for single occupancy Hotel amenities were in quite bad. The swimming pool is closed and the bar is closed as well. Rooms were clean. Service is satisfactory and the reception does not speak English.

Great experience with this hotel, bed is so comfortable. Nice breakfast as well... room is very clean.

Greeted by warm friendly staffs, readily to assist with luggages and check in. Arrival was early and room was not ready. We dined at the restaurant first, very impressed with the pumpkin soup and the coffee was very good! The same area serving buffet breakfast had a smaller option but was enough variety also very delicious photos, sticky rice and beef stew. A coffee machine was available to make a cappuccino. This is on level 5. After brunch, the receptionist accommodated us to the room on level 6. The bed was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The room overlook out to the Sapa Stone Church. Bathroom also clean with toiletries, plenty of coffee and tea provided. Although toilet paper wasnt enough they gave us another roll on request. Overall, great prime location, theres a shortcut by taking the lift to level 1. This is the backdoor of the hotel and surrounding by many restaurants, cafes and Sun Plaza to Fanispan
