It is situated in the middle of Jeju islands, and hence making it easy to travel to all directions / attractions in Jeju.
It is more for family with kids as there is restaurants / malls that can have easy access to food after a whole day of theme park plays.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service from the moment I checked in. The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel is conveniently located right above duty-free shop and there are several super markets and dining options in the vicinity. This made shopping and dining very convenient. Additionally, the hotel’s location offers easy access to public transportation, making it a breeze to get to popular attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 1.5yo daughter and we had an amazing time! We stayed in the kid's wing on the 2nd floor. My daughter got her own bed and lots of welcome gifts. The room was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. They had wonderful, thoughtful touches like kid's toiletries, robe and slippers, and a stool to access the sink/toilet. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick. We ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious.
Access to the hotel's amenities was all free when we stayed there. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for construction but the garden pool was lovely. Our room included the breakfast buffet. It was mostly Western and Korean/Chinese cuisines, and the variety didn't change much from day to day, but the food was very delicious! Great selection of pastries and the coffee bar was awesome. They also have a convenience store on-site with a seating area for dining.
My only recommendation is to have a car while staying here. The trek up the big hill to the hotel takes about 10 minutes and while it isn't terrible, it's tough after a long day. There are no bus stops on the hill, so you'd have to walk down to get to one. Once you're out of the grounds there are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very kid-friendly and staff and guests alike are very understanding of the challenges of travelling with small children. The staff were very kind and helpful and were a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. If we're ever back in Jeju I'd love to stay here again!

Pretty brand new, location is quite central. There is free parking but it’s mechanical and although they are helpful most times it’s a hassle if you forgot to take something or just want to pre load luggage before leaving. Swimming pool and shopping area inside the hotel was still under construction, no info on that was provided. Didn’t see a gym either. Overall still a good room to stay in if you just need a place to sleep. Corner suite has 1 queen and 1 king in the room

My family and I recently stayed at Jeju Sun Hotel & ****** and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just about a 10-minute taxi ride away, making it very easy to get to and from the airport.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby, providing a great variety of dining options. Additionally, the main shopping stretch is only about an 8-10 minute walk down the road, perfect for some retail therapy. There's also a convenience store just opposite the hotel, which is incredibly handy for any quick needs.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was fantastic. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Although there is a ****** at the hotel, we didn't have the chance to visit it.
Overall, the combination of location, amenities, and nearby attractions makes Jeju Sun Hotel & ****** a great choice for anyone visiting Jeju.
Compare to whole hotels let I stay in this journey, This Hotel is the best one. Even compare to the same level hotel Grand Hyatt Jeju, Parnas Hotel Jeju still the best one. Specially the service, they have extremely clear introduction about the hotel when you check-in, even you're a foreigner, they still try their best to let you understand. And every staff which in hotel is friendly. Amazing View, greatest service, and comfortable room. Is the best choice to stay in here when you want a relaxing holiday. The only problem is that there will still be a little noise in the rooms, the soundproofing is not the best.
We stayed at the resort for 3 nights. Wished we had more time to enjoy the resort. The staff were excellent. Excellent service too. The swimming pool was the highlight. The pool was heated and there were singers to serenade the swimmers.
We will definitely be back. Really lovely hotel.
Room are clean and modern. Lots of privacy
Due to it is Service Apartment style,
1- you need to sort out your trash and bring it to the bin ( Fine will be imposed if is not sorted or clear out )
2- you need to wash up your dish and put in back in cupboard before you check out.
You need to go over to Marriott hotel if you wanna swim.....not within the compound.
There are free parking lot, open and spacious, so if you drive in Jeju is great. Shin Hwa Marriot ****** and hotel is a 3-5 min drive away.
Shopping and bowling arcade with lots of eatery in the mall area.
We had to change the room for three times due to facilities of misleading in a description of website and bug issue. However, they tried to provide their best cinfirtibg service to customers possible as much as they could. Once we changed tgectoon three times, they kept cleaning morning and late afternoon twice before we finally checked out the date.

SSailAwayInTheSunsetDyne Oceano Hotel was amazing. Lovely location, plentiful facilities, and great service. The rooftop infinity pool was heated. The spa bath was very relaxing and had panoramic views of the ocean. The perfect stay. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon.
SShin YeeThe corner suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful. There was a good bakery shop and a convenience shop located within the hotel lobby. Hotel is located right at the heart of the shopping district. Comes with free parking for hotel guests. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right next to the sea, super scenic, rooms are big and came with an ocean view. Hotel room had Nescafe Dulce Gusto machine with plenty of capsules which was a huge surprise for us. Love sipping Americano while viewing the sea. Hotel is really beautiful, comes with a nice library. They provided bottled water as well. There was a GS25 nearby. There is a restaurant called Olle Chinatown nearby which serves THE BEST TANGSUYUK (sweet sour pork). Give it a try. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap was from MALIN GOETZ. You definitely get a quality stay here.

Comfortable beds !
GGuest UserThe staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.
LLLeo7788Check in at 3:00, not early, check out at 11:00, but you can store your luggage. The front desk service attitude is OK. There is a pretty female employee named Lee, but she doesn't seem to speak Chinese, but English communication is no problem.
The room of more than 20 square meters is a bit small, and the bed feels a bit small, but it is very clean and has a good view. It is a new hotel on the beach.
You can buy breakfast directly at the cafe on the first floor in the morning, about 150rmb per person. The outdoor swimming pool is on the first floor, but you are not allowed to wear the slippers in the room. Koreans bring their own slippers, but we didn't bring them, so we went to the swimming pool barefoot. The swimming pool is very constant temperature, no problem.
Overall, it is a good hotel! It is very close to the city, and it takes more than 10,000 won to get there by taxi from the airport in 12 minutes.
GGuest UserIt is a touching place that made my trip with my friends at Bengastay a happy memory^^
Everyone said that it is a place they want to come back to when they come to Jeju Island^^
This morning, I had a rare experience of seeing the sunrise from my room^^
