Hello We got an awesome room or say , It was a Suite with super pretty view. Breakfast was awesome. One thing I did not like . There was no thermostat or temperature control on the room. We had a duplex room and in the Top , It was very hot. The problem was that we couldn't control it

🏔️ Exceptional Stay at Hotel Porta Cervino! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Porta Cervino and it was truly an exceptional experience. The location is super convenient, making it incredibly easy to explore. A huge bonus for skiers and hikers is how accessible it is, it's just one station away from Zermatt! This makes it the perfect base for enjoying the region. The facilities are literally brand new and stunning. The whole hotel feels fresh, modern, and very comfortable, maintained to the highest standard. To top it all off, the view is simply amazing. Waking up to such a beautiful panorama was a highlight of my trip and made every moment spent at the hotel feel like a true getaway. I highly recommend Hotel Porta Cervino to anyone looking for a stylish, perfectly located, and comfortable stay with a breathtaking vista and unparalleled access to Zermatt. I can't wait to return!

Upon check-in, we were informed that our room had been upgraded to a different hotel, about a 2-3 minute walk away. I was a bit unhappy at first, but the service at the new hotel was great, they even offered drinks, and the room was very clean and new, with a nice view too. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The hotel was quite easy to find actually. Just follow the directions on Google Map. We had the family room which was at the top level (2 flight of stairs) and comes with a balcony. Their rooms don't have matterhorn views but the breakfast restaurant has a beautiful and clear view. Very comfy and no frills stay here!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the train station. Our room was spotless and we love the partial Matterhorn view. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Zermatt trip.

This hotel is right next to Tasch Station. Although the city is just 12 minutes away by train from Zermatt, the price of hotels is more reasonable. This hotel is clean and tidy. The front desk staff is nice and friendly. The room is of reasonable size. Breakfast is very good and delicious.
