Activities include a trip to Titov Island, you can climb to the observation top, you can also swim on the island, sail on bamboo boats through a small cave and along a hidden bay, another cave, a master class in making spring rolls, fishing, a cave (in the photo program). Kayaking separately, $ 50 per person. In fact, one day, but very active. Additionally, they helped me organize a transfer to Ninh Binh from Halong. I liked everything very much: the room, the service, the program. The room is small, cozy, everything is there except for a kettle). Your own balcony. This room is really great. First of all, the bed is spacious and comfortable, so that people can relax completely as soon as they lie down. We booked the hotel because Best Western Sapphire Hotel cancelled us at last minute with no reasonable excuses and the hotel is close to Van Don Intl Airport. It is fairly new hotel and not anywhere close to amenities. They have big plans for Ha Long Bay, but maybe in 5 years, this hotel will be popular. We were directed to a local cafe with local meals. It was great! Fried chicken!!! Then when we walked back to hotel, we asked for ice. Instead of 2 glasses, we received a pitcher of ice. The breaksfast was so nice. Wished they would asked how our eggs would be cooked though. We checked out and our taxi was waiting for us. Only took 10 minutes to arrive at Van Don International Airport.

The cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

The experience on the Erina Cruise was perfect. The boat is very comfortable and beautiful. The room is spacious and luxurious. The bed was perfect, it's a shame I didn't have more time to lie down. The boat provides numerous activities for travelers: fishing, cycling, diving, beaches, live performances, kayaking, heated pool, cable TV, etc. The included meals are very tasty and the service in the restaurant is remarkable. The cleaning of the room was excellent. My special thanks to the employee Lee who was kind and even learned a few words in my language to communicate with me. The music on the boat was very pleasant too. To help other travelers, I leave two tips: 1 - stay for at least 2 nights to make the most of the experience. Ha Long Bay deserves all the attention given. 2 - The internet is quite unstable. If you need to work, consider an alternative to what is offered on board.

The rooms are clean, the equipment is simple and stylish, but the breakfast is really too simple and there is nothing to eat. In this day and age, people still use instant coffee. There is a coffee cup on the table. Do you have to take the cup to the dining counter to pour the coffee yourself? A bit weird. Fortunately, the restaurant waiters were friendly and diligent.

Very good quality hotel. Clean and comparable to a decent 5-star hotel chain. Excellent amenities including sky bar, rooftop pool, spa, gym. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were helpful throughout. Bai Chay is a good location for booking a sightseeing cruise to the HaLong Bay islands as the boat harbour is close by. There are many restaurants and local shops adjacent to the hotel, although not much regards western-type restaurants or bars. Overall great value for the price 👍
