Apartments in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

The room is small but good, have a small balcony. The bed it was so comfortable..i had a great sleep there. Nobody disturbing you for cleaning or something if you don't want wich is perfect.. Only minus can be distance to the beach + 500m. and not free drink water provided

This place offers good value for money if you're looking for somewhere to stay before your flight. The pool looked great, and the sea views were also lovely. The only downsides are the lack of a convenience store on-site and nothing much to do in the immediate area. It can also be easily confused with 'Empyrean Resort'. I also noticed several rooms left open, perhaps due to large groups of Chinese tourists staying here. Despite these points, it's still good value for money.

Excellent location just 5-10 minutes from the airport. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was comfortable despite some corridor noise in the early morning. The rich breakfast buffet, beautiful outdoor setting, and spotless large pool made our morning truly enjoyable. ”MY 5 STAR REVIEW” - even though the hotel was half full in the middle of the off season...my request for an extra hour past designated checkout of noon was like I'd asked them to reinvent the concept of ”hoteling”. The rather snooty (they all kinda were, and it seems a prerequisite front-of-house hiring policy for Citadineseseses everywhere (cf Singapore)) front of desk lady, sighed and huffed and eventually said ”ok, you can stay until 1pm, if you give us a 5 Star review on Google”. When we duly checked out at 1pm sharp, she asked me to show her the review on my phone. Which of course I hadn't bothered my **** to write. Anyway, finally here it is (thank you for your patience, your hotel isn't important to us): ”3 STARS... thinks it's better than it is, and shouldn't be bribing guests with patheticness in an effort to game the Google rating system. Trust me, there are better places to stay.”

The hotel-apartments are located in a quiet alley - we had a room in the middle of the building - that is, without a view, but the window was in a shaft through which sunlight entered the room - thanks to this, the room was always quite quiet. The room has a large closet, a medium-sized refrigerator, the TV, although it supported the Internet, had an old interface - we could not watch anything, the building has a limited Wi-Fi speed of 20-40 MB per device, but it was stable, a full-fledged large table - 2 bottles of water and tea bags were updated every day. Towels and shower accessories were also changed daily. The hotel also offers monthly rental of apartments - I assume there are more spacious rooms for larger families.

It’s the same building as the Arena Resort! You can check in at the condotel, but this was a bit confusing and I was a little lost, but overall, everything was good. It was frustrating because the people at reception were a bit rude, but I recommend staying for 0.5 nights. It's completely close to the airport!

We had room 3516 with a sea view. Surprisingly (after reading other reviews), the room was very clean – upon check-in, they wiped down the surfaces with a damp cloth, and they stayed clean. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. There was a refundable deposit of 200,000 VND. The only downside I'd note was the reusable slippers in the room, but that's the case almost everywhere.

Excellent apartment! The location is perfect! I especially want to highlight Anni, who met us, showed us around, and explained everything. Everything was done very quickly and professionally! The apartment has a great bed, a huge bathroom, and an excellent shower! It has everything you need for your stay! A large refrigerator! A washing machine! The beach is just across the road, and shops are nearby. Towels are changed and the room is cleaned every day. There's a safe in the apartment! The building is on the first line. The Wi-Fi works perfectly! The apartment is on the 15th floor, and the sea view is wonderful!

The building is bought by several owners and there is a common reception that handles check-in. We were immediately given the number of the owner of our room, but he could not help us solve our problems. We booked a room for 11 nights, the room had a sea view, but better than a regular deluxe. From the photo - it looked just great. But in fact, I asked for a change of room for 3 days, until I realized that it was useless. All the furniture in our room was broken. ALL! Not a single cabinet opened as it should. The laminate was all chipped and streaked, swollen in places. The cleaning of the rooms was disgusting, everything was always sticking to your feet. The pool is PAID for everyone. 250 dong. But it is always noisy there, a lot of people and few sun loungers. The view from the room was not bad, part of the sea and part of the city. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, so sleeping with it means hello cold, which is what happened to us, because without it it was unbearably hot. Room 1915. Everything is very old and really needs to be renovated.

Loved our experience.. Initially I was planning to book different accommodation for the second week in Nha Trang, but at the end didn't want to change our comfy spacious room and move somewhere else.
