The room is quite large, there are three swimming pools, and the exclusive beach around it is very nice. It is convenient for catching sea babies and I like it. It is very suitable for a leisurely vacation. I bought a two-day package and the hotel is responsible for picking up and dropping off from Chong Lard Pier. The staff's service attitude is good and they can remember every resident. I stayed for three days and two nights. I didn't meet any Chinese tourists. Most of them were white people. There are local restaurants nearby. It was quite a lot and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the family was a little acclimated and had a poor appetite, so they didn't eat much. The sand digging tools for children in the small shops around are a bit expensive, so it is recommended to bring your own

A Perfect Beachside Escape Natai Beach Resort was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The beachfront location was stunning, providing the ultimate relaxation. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return for another stay anytime!

A True Eden with Exceptional Hospitality My stay at Eden Beach Khaolak Resort was absolutely delightful! The resort lives up to its name—lush tropical gardens, a pristine beach, and stunning azure pools made me feel like I’d stepped into paradise. The Thai-inspired room design, paired with the soothing sound of waves, created the perfect relaxing getaway. The surrounding area was lively yet convenient, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and shops, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. ----------- A special shout-out to Ms. Pure at the front desk for her outstanding service! When I needed help navigating public transportation to Phuket, she actively contacted the staff of the transportation company and added my contact information to find out if I was able to successfully board the bus that day. Her kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable journey. This level of care truly sets the resort apart! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Khaolak. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both natural beauty and heartfelt hospitality!

Great hotel, stayed 1 night on February 14th. Territory is amazing. Took advantage of free excursion on a horse-drawn carriage. Took a ride on water bikes on the lake. Breakfast is excellent. I recommend

Very clean beautiful resort! The restaurant by the beach was fantastic.

My family and I just stayed at the JW Marriott in Khao Lak and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, with big, comfy beds and natural product toiletries. Every morning, the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, featuring freshly squeezed juices and authentic Thai coffee made with high-quality ingredients. The kid's area offered daily activities, and bike rentals were easy; I highly recommend biking around the beautiful gardens. The service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The pool area was impressive—it's the biggest pool I've seen at any property! Plus, direct beach access was a wonderful bonus. If I return to Khao Lak, I would definitely stay here again with my family!

This island is magical! The service is second to none. The bars, the buffet was delightful, the accomodation is avant-garde yet caters to a higher end crowd. The private boat ride to the island and the arrival at the jetty is going to leave an indelible imprint in my memory ! The reef and fish are just below the jetty and there is the opportunity to see reef crabs. The resort is truly magical, a must find, a must see and something to be treasured. Those who love movies like the Beach, Jurassic Park, Deep Blue Sea, anything acquatic and that meets nature and natural palms could get lost on this island for days. Thr rooms are too creative and luxurious to describe, a must see, subject to availability. Thank you for the privacy, the luxury, the food and drinks and the kind hearted service of the Thai people. Stay for 2 night in This hotel. Love the pool suite room so much- very spacious and modern, well-designed/decoration. Some dusty are were found at the corner of the bed but the bedsheets was clean.very helpful staffs from reception to restaurant. Having dinner for 2 night at the restaurant- taste quite good for Thai foods. Star pool was amazing. DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE AT THAI BAKING COMPANY New hotel, clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and polite. Overall, I was very impressed, except for one of the female staff at the dessert shop. **** A FEMALE STAFF AT “ THAI BAKING COMPANY ” MAKE ME DISAPPOINTED . ( APRIL 23rd ,2025 at about 3 P.M. ) ******* SHE NOT EVEN GREETING OR SUGGEST US . The female staff saw us and ignored us, not even welcoming us or offering any advice on the menu. When we entered the restaurant, she ignored us. We had to try to ask her how to order and the price ourselves. I asked about the Thai dessert menu and how to order or pick up the desserts. She pointed to the place but I didn't know how to pick them up, where to find the plates or utensils, and I had to ask and ask for the utensils to pick up the desserts myself. when we got our dessert, my parents waited for a long time without her even bringing them a fork or plate to use. I tried to ask for a spoon and fork to use for eating the dessert, but she was greeted with an expression that made me feel uncomfortable. My parents felt bad, even my father said that she was acting disrespectful and disinterested because we are Thai. There were many good things that happened at this hotel, but the facial expression and the way that the female staff treated us made us unable to forget that bad situation. Please warn that female staff not to make such gestures and facial expressions with anyone else. บรรยากาศและพนักงานส่วนใหญ่ของโรงแรมนั้นดีเยี่ยม ยกเว้นการบริการและการปฎิบัติของพนักงานหญิงที่ THAI BAKING COMPANY เมื่อวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2025 (เวลาประมาณบ่าย 3 ) เมื่อเราเข้าไปในร้าน พนักงานหญิงคนนั้นเห็นว่าเราเดินเข้าไปและแม้ไม่ได้แสดงท่าทีต้อนรับ ไม่มีคำทักทาย (ไม่พูดด้วยเลย) บรรยากาศในร้านช่างน่าอึดอัดและไม่มีบรรยากาศของการต้อนรับซึ่งแตกต่างจากทุกที่ในโรงแรม ฉันต้องการจะพาพ่อและแม่ของฉันเข้าไปชิมขนมไทย แต่เมื่อฉันเดินเข้าไปก็พบว่าไม่มีใครสนใจหรือแนะนำอะไรเลย ฉันต้องถามพนักงานว่าจะต้องสั่งอาหารอย่างไรหรือมีเมนูขนมไทยใช่หรือไม่ เธอเพียงแค่บอกว่าขนมอยู่ตรงนั้นและชี้นิ้วไปที่ขนม ฉันยืนงงและอึดอัด และต้องหันไปถามพนักงานคนนั้นอีกครั้งว่าแล้วเราจะต้องหยิบขนมอย่างไร ( เราไม่มีอุปกรณ์ที่จะใช้หยิบหรือไม่มีจานให้หยิบวางด้วยซ้ำ ) เธอจึงหยิบจานและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการหยิบให้เรา พร้อมทั้งบอกราคาด้วยสีหน้าไม่ใส่ใจ เมื่อได้ขนมมาแล้วฉันมีธุระที่ต้องออกไปข้างนอกร้าน ฉันให้พ่อกับแม่นั่งรออยู่ในร้าน เมื่อกลับเข้ามาในร้านอีกครั้งฉันพบว่าพ่อและแม่ของฉันนั้นนั่งอยู่พร้อมกับจานขนมที่เราหยิบกันมาโดยที่ไม่มีพนักงานแนะนำท่านทั้งสอง ไม่มีแม้แต่จานและช้อนที่ใช้เพื่อรับรับประทานอาหาร พนักงานไม่สนใจพ่อและแม่ของฉันอย่างสิ้นเชิง เรามากัน 3 คนพ่อแม่ลูก ตอนที่นำน้ำเปล่ามาให้ พนักงานก็เอาน้ำเปล่ามาให้ในทีแรก เขาก็เอามาแค่ 2 แก้ว ทั้งที่เรามากัน 3 คน พ่อของฉันเป็นผู้ชายที่ไม่จุกจิกก็ยังรู้สึกได้ถึงบรรยากาศที่น่าอึดอัดและบอกกับฉันว่าพนักงานไม่มีท่าทางที่เป็นมิตรเลย พนักงานแสดงท่าทางดูถูกเพียงเพราะว่าเราเป็นคนไทยงั้นเหรอ ? การมาพักที่โรงแรมในครั้งนี้มีเรื่องดีๆเกิดขึ้นมากมากมายทั้งบรรยากาศ พนักงานผู้คน บรรยากาศ ธรรมชาติต่างๆ แต่สิ่งที่ทำให้เราจดจำมากที่สุดกับกายเป็นพนักงานหญิงที่มีท่าทางไม่ยินดีต้อนรับคนนั้น อยากให้ทีมบุคคลหรือผู้ที่ทำหน้าที่ดูแลพนักงานช่วยอบรมหรือแจ้งพนักงานหญิงคนนั้นให้ปรับพฤติกรรม และอย่าแสดงสีหน้าหรือท่าทางแบบนั้นกับแขกคนไหนอีกไม่ว่าเขาจะเป็นผู้เข้าพักชนชาติไหนก็ตาม ทุกคนมีสิทธิ์ได้รับการปฏิบัติอย่างเท่าเทียม P.S. ขอชื่นชมพนักงานขับรถบัคกี้ชื่อ “ คุณโดม ” ให้คำแนะนำอย่างดีเยี่ยมและเป็นมิตร เสนอการช่วยเหลือที่มีประโยชน์ ; ยกกระเป๋า ปิดประตู แนำนำร้านอาหาร ช่วยถ่ายรูปครอบครัว

My room is pool excess 1.Room is good look is clean but all bathrooms amenity is al onl request no set up in side. Am stay at hotel on raining season but no have umbrella in room. 2. Breakfast just soso food is cold low quality but not same another Pullman Hotel in Thailand ( ABF price 750 THB.) Is no value of paid. 3.Front desk staff Date 27 -4-2025 time about 07.45 until 08.00 Pm. Am back from outside but have Raining to much, am ask staff ( women) do you have umbrella?, She answer : So sorry we don't have it.But i see have 2 umbrella hanging near the front desk. 4. Bell All staff is good s smile and great all time keeps friedly. 5. Eng. Good standard. Am back from outside have raining time, am walk back to my room 8.... The door can't open because low battery after use my mobile phone to contract front dest Eng.staff running to flash and open it for me.Total am waiting in 9 minutes is very good of standard. Suggest All floor corridors of guest rooms can be have the phone for contract or information need help with Front desk is better..
