We received a free upgrade from the kind hotel concierge lady upon checking in, we were so surprised and pleased by this upgrade. From city view to partial haram view, it was amazing masha Allah! The room was so big! The musollah was gorgeous despite the unexpected size, as I thought it would be bigger. I love the set up of the restaurant buffet, so during breakfast it feels cozy and homey but I wish there would be more variety of food like the other jabal omar hotels that we have stayed before. It could be due to their sustainability efforts so that could contribute to less food waste, I guess? As for the location wise, walking down was easy to the haram however going back by walking up the hill after completion of umrah was quite painful. We would appreciate if the hotel provide a thorough video explanation of the shuttle bus access during check ins. But other than that, we managed to figure out the shuttle bus service and indeed they are very fast *************! We were given late check out as requested ************* so we can maximise our prayers in the masjid as we have a late night flight. Do take note that uber taxis does not pick up from the hotel except for Careem. Hopefully they will open up a mall within the Address Hotel itself so that it will be easy to find lunch and dinner for our meals. We ordered dinner through room service for our first night and despite the food came an hour later, the portion size and the taste was so scrumptious and yummy! Definitely worth more to pay for the room service rather than paying for the meals at the buffet restaurant!

I stayed in a room with a mini kitchen in the front room. Amenities included one thick bath towel, shampoo, and soap. I used my own face towel, but I think they would have lent me one if I had asked. The shower water pressure was weak. The toilet flushed properly. The air conditioner did not allow for precise temperature adjustments. The hotel staff were friendly and the free breakfast was well seasoned.

The room wasn’t good enough so I changed it in the next day and wasn’t easy to change though, the second room had a problem with the Air Condition so I changed it again, the final room had a problems with the door, you cannot open it by yourself, you need someone who has a master key to open it and the electricity goes down everyday, you need to reactivate the key card.

Connecting to Andalus Mall. Nice place to enjoy. Two days Inwas there when Eid Adha, there is a small beautiful Mosque near hotel for pray. A hospital and pharmacy just opposite hotel.

Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage, direkt vor einem Einkaufsbazar, alles in der nähe, neben an Mc Donald s sowie KfC aber  auch a d’ère Restaurants..Aparthotel nichts besonderes, nur etwas wenig Ausstattung was Küche anbetrifft, ansonsten alles da..Service sollte etwas besser sein, wollten von mir zweimal bezahlt werden, erst als ich mit meinem Broker telefoniert hatte und denen meine Paypal Überweisung zeigte, kam die Bestätigung vom Manager.Durfte deshalb mit meiner Familie im etwas üppigen Foyer nach zu vor stundenlanger Autofahrt durch die Wüste ausharren, es gab auch kein Entschuldigung oder Ähnliches..Never Ever sage ich dazu@@@@Miracle

The place was clean and tidy, although I had a hard time finding the entrance of the hotel. I was not able to see the pool since I checked in late at night but next time I will be availing their amenities.

** كانت تجربه ممتازه بدءاً من سهولة اجراءات الدخول وبساطة التعامل المبهج من طاقم الاستقبال وايضا توفر مواقف داخليه للسيارات.. ** عدم وجود ازعاج او اصوات من الغرف المجاوره نظافة الغرفه بشكل عام ممتازه... ** ميزه مهمه انهم بعيدين عن الزحمه بوسط جده وسهولة الوصول للفندق والخروج للطرق الرئيسيه المجاوره... ** تسجيل الخروج كان سهل وسريع

A very nice experience. The reservation was made through the Trip app, which is more than a great app, for a period of three nights. The location was strategic in terms of being located between Al Hada, Taif and Al Shafa. Good luck to everyone.

I stayed at Fakhamat Aldyar Service Apartment during my visit to Taif. The reception staff was polite and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The apartment had two rooms and one toilet, and everything was fine and comfortable. One of the best parts of the stay was the convenient location—restaurants were just a short walking distance away, making meals easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The water was not on when we arrived and the hotel staff refunded the money... quite responsible.
